Had an issue on Saturday with kitchen disposal leaking. Called Hard Knox and within an hour Danny was here to repair. Fairly priced considering was Saturday and he was very professional and did job quickly. Appreciate the help here.

Hard Knox was great. We had a water softening and filtration system put in. They were on time, very professional and friendly and did a great job. Would not hesitate to highly recommend them.

I just had the most wonderful experience with a technician ever. I needed repair work done on my toilet and sink and a bidet installed. Hard Knox Plumbing came out in a timely fashion, gave me a reasonable price, explained what they were going to do, and finished the job quickly. They did not leave a mess and they were courteous and friendly. I would definitely recommend them.

We had Danny & staff remove an old hot water heater from under the house in the crawl space and install a new HWH to the garage. After initial installation it was taking a long time for water to get hot. Called & explained problem and Danny came back out and diagnosed the issue. A recirculating pump was then recommended and installed at no cost to me. I encourage anyone that needs plumbing work to give Hard Knox plumbing a call. Their entire staff from the employees answering the phone to the installation team were a pleasure to work with.

My neighbor recommended Hard Knox Plumping to me so I called and spoke with Danny Ferris to set an appointment. Danny was on time, very professional and took the time to inform me on what the best options were to replace an aging 70 gallon water heater. Danny and his assistant, Anthony, did a great job installing a tankless water heater and house carbon filter system. During the installation, they both showed a high level of attention to detail and pride in workmanship. They did a superb job. 5 stars.

I appreciated how Hard Knox Plumbing treated me as a customer who they valued, unlike some nationwide companies I had done business with. Follow-up was excellent. Danny was very amicable and patient in explaining the work he was completing. I have a tankless water heater that needed cleaned and was leaking from the drain line. He fixed the leak and charged only for the cleaning. Based on my experience, I highly recommend this locally owned business for all plumbing jobs.

Danny from Hard Knox Plumbing was professional and worked efficiently. He installed a garden tap at the back of my house which is where I do most of my gardening. He also installed a pipe to extend the main water valve from the crawl space to a convenient spot where I can easily turn the valve on/off in case of emergency. Price/fees: Unable to comment because I did not get estimates from other plumbers. I would consider hiring him again for future needs.

Booked with Hard Knox bc of their 5 stars on Google and they met all our expectations! Everyone is kind and communicative, efficient, and they even loved on our dog while they were working on a repipe of our home. We called them again for a different repair job and the same guys from the initial job came out, which we really appreciated, especially our dog. Couldn’t recommend them enough!

Great service from Hard Knox Plumbing. Jared took my call and made an appointment that met my needs. Danny trouble shot my shower leak issues and made the repairs. He also provided many maintenance tips that will help keep other pipes/fixtures in top operating form. Hard Knox Plumbing did an awesome job at a great price. Super professional, showed up when they said they would, and actually under-promised and over-delivered (who does that anymore?). They’ve officially restored my faith in customer service. If every company ran like this, the world would have fewer stress headaches and way fewer leaky pipes!

We had to call for an after hours Saturday appointment. Tried several others plumbers and could not get an answer or call back. Hard Knox answered right away and made it to our house within 30 minutes. So glad we got connected with them. The price was super reasonable and the problem was solved.
