I had Joe Hodel come to my house to repair a burst pipe from my hose and he went above and beyond! He was excellent at explaining what he was doing and showing me what I needed to do to prevent the problem again. I will definitely use Haley again and would personally request Joe!

KJ went above and beyond for us on a water heater replacement on a Sunday. He was professional and had great attention to detail. Great for us as engineers. Haley was able to get us scheduled quickly for our dryer gas valve repair. The office provided great communication and excellent customer service. Excellent service - called this morning at 8am, git an appointment for 2pm with Cole. Arrive on time with a pleasant, professional attitude. Did a thorough deep dive on the issue. The conclusion - it's a DTE issue. Would definitely recommend zcole and Haley Mechanical and look forward to working with them again.
