Phillip was absolutely great! He does a super neat job and his prices are very reasonable. He replaced faucets and repaired toilets in both my bathrooms, and installed new faucets in my kitchen sink. This is the kind of work you wish all repair people would do for everything in your house. 😊

We recently purchased a home in Greenville. Several plumbing issues were uncovered during inspection and the seller hired H2Flow. First night in the home, the master bath toilet kept running so I adjusted the flap and chain. This was an item on H2Flow's list of repair and was invoiced as fixed. when the toilet was flushed and filled, there was a loud water hammer occurring in the incoming main Line to the home. H2Flow had invoiced for installing a pressure reducer on the main line. I called H2Flow and told them of the water hammer problem. their plumber was out in a few days but could offer no suggestion to stop the hammer other than to wrap the pipes (Which I did to no avail). that was on a Friday. That Sunday the dish machine stopped in cycle with a U2 error message indicating a clog in the discharge line. Following the instructions, I removed the kick plate - no link in the line and pp was not frozen up. I examined the connection at the sink and sure enough the discharge line connecting at the disposal was bent over and kinked. And sure enough, H2flow was paid to install a hanger under the cabinet to loop the discharge hose as specified in code. With the loop, the discharge hose was too short to connect to the garbage disposal without creating a link in the line. I redid what they had started and the Dish machine works fine now. They had three items to address and not one item was done without an issue. I have found another plumber.

H2Flow and Phillip deserve every star. This was the first time I've used them and I was truly impressed. Communication is excellent, he was on time, polite and friendly. To that great combo he adds skills and knowledge that fixed our problem. And he left the house spotless. Highly recommend!.......... and now I am a repeat customer. It is so good to know you can pick up the phone and your problems will be solved promptly. Phillip is smart, knowledgable and communicates very well. Our home is on a well and we had low water pressure over the weekend. Contacted H2Flow from a Facebook group recommended and called them Monday morning. Thanks to a cancelation, they had a tech out within 3 hours of the initial call. The technicians were extremely polite and professional, were able to quickly diagnose the problem and came back the next day to complete repairs. The cost was what I expected for the issue and they offered a full 5 year warranty on parts and labor. I highly recommend H2Flow for all your plumbing needs. Thank you!

From start, came out to do estimate within two business days of calling, arrived on time, courteous and professional in the appraisal of the work that needed to be done. Appointment for install three days later. Had estimates from two other companies, H2Flo was most knowledgeable in understanding what needed to be done at a vastly better price. To finish, installed the new gas water into garage, removed old water heater from attic in just three hours. Their knowledge and expertise shows in their work. Very pleased.

Great service and very reliable! Help came quick and during the last minute and I am very grateful for that. Ben was our technician and he knew exactly what he was doing. We had an issue with the water tank heater and it overflowed outside of our house due to a pressure system that failed and an aging tank. Ben explained the whole issue easily and why it happened throughly. The water tank heater and the pressure regulator was replaced and is now working very well. Thank you for your service!

My water heater was on it's last leg and I needed it switched out for the new one I purchased. Phillip was able to come out the same day and get the new one hooked up. Both Phillip and the dispatch were professional and friendly. Phillip did an amazing job on the install! Phillip Waters came to our home to what we diagnosed was a water heater element gone wrong. He quickly diagnosed our issue to be a pressure regulating valve and thermal expansion tank. He explained the problem to my husband completely, answered his questions and went to purchase the parts. Phillip was courteous, friendly, and used his time efficiently.In the 20 years we have lived here this was by far the most professional plumber work on our home.

Each and every time we have called H2flow they have been extremely responsive. We were given a reasonable time frame to expect a technician and a phone call once they were on their way to our home. All pricing was given up front and reasonable. Each and every time where ever they were working was cleaned up most of the time looking nicer after than it did before they arrived. Would recommend H2Flow to anyone in need of plumbing.

H2Flow added the plumbing to our new addition to our house and I can’t say anything bad. They were at the house on the day and time we agreed upon, they were very professional and they did not beat around the bush and told us exactly what was needed and how much it would cost. They kept me informed on the process and the communication was great through the whole service. I would definitely recommend them for all plumbing needs!

It was supposed to be a simple installation of a new toilet and vanity in a powder room. Instead we had severe floor damage from an old toilet that caused wood rot and black mold. Phillip and Garret literally came to the rescue! Philip was very considerate to check-in for rescheduling after the floor as finally replaced. He offered solid and trustworthy advice to complete the job. Excellent service! Great company!

Beyond grateful for these guys! We found out that our gas water heater was installed wrong, called H2 Flow and Philip came out right away! Their professionalism was great, they were on time (last person had us waiting for hrs), the price was reasonable and we had an overall good experience! Would absolutely recommend them to anyone! We upgraded to a tankless hot water heater and it looks awesome! So impressed!

H2Flow Plumbing was extremely responsive and professional today (a Sunday !!), responding to our urgent concern regarding a leak and associated damage. They identified the source of the leak, fixed it, and also went to great efforts to remove damaged drywall to help ensure that there was no unseen damage/threat in the form of mold. I would recommend them to anyone that is in need of plumbing.
