When you’re in an emergency situation, you don’t have time to research the best company or the best price. You go with your gut and cross your fingers. Just a few days before New Year’s Eve, our sewer drains started backing up in the house. Thankfully, we realized quickly what was happening and stopped using water. At first, we thought the issue was limited to one bathroom, but it turned out to be much worse. I started calling several companies, including one I had worked with earlier in 2025. It was Sunday night, and no one answered at first. A few minutes later, H2Flo called me back. Within 30 minutes, two young plumbers were at my house assessing the problem. They used a camera to inspect the sewer pipes and reached a conclusion almost immediately. The cast iron pipe coming out of the house and connecting to the main sewer line was likely broken and misaligned. Because of this, there was little to no flow, and a large amount of wipes (!!) had accumulated in the gap, blocking what little space water still had to pass through. They tried removing some of the blockage, but explained that the pipe needed to be replaced and that they would need an excavator. Since they had to rent one, they couldn’t continue that night and would return in the morning. After they left, we realized that their initial cleaning had actually helped, and the drains were working again. Still, we were very careful with water usage that night, afraid the issue could come back. The next morning, they arrived (a bit later than planned) with the excavator and got to work. The entire job took about 3–4 hours. They did a great job, worked efficiently, and were very clean and professional inside the house while replacing the pipe. The other plumber I had worked with in the past later told me he could have done the job for less money. Maybe that’s true — but H2Flo answered an emergency call on a Sunday night, temporarily restored our drainage so we could use water again, and then completed a high-quality repair the very next day. That peace of mind is worth a lot. In the end, I’m very happy with the work and glad I supported a local, family-owned and operated business. Thank you very much, H2Flo!

Brian, and his helper Kyle, were very professional. They arrived on time and fixed the problem in short order. Very satisfied with the work completed. Would definitely use them again.

I had an apprentice come recently who did not fix the toilet issue was here about 10 minutes, had to call for help while here on how to do something and $253 later I still have the issue. I have expressed this to the office and requested a partial refund, the only way they want to make this right is by sending them out again and I get to pay another $200. I was told the owner would call me , that didn’t happen . At this point I don’t want them to call me. Also the person who answers phones needs to brush up on her customer service skills. I used them in the past and Joe was great , I’m disappointed at this recent visit and will not be using them or recommending from here on forward.

I would not recommend this business. Overpriced and unprofessional.

I needed both spigots outside replaced. My guess is they were over 40 years old and leaked a lot. I found H2flO Plumbing and Sewer on Thumbtack where they are highly rated. I explained the job in a form and was offered the opportunity to schedule right away. The guys were running a little late but once they arrived they got right to work. Some additional parts were needed so they went to the hardware store picked the parts and finished the job within the hour. I think the total time was 2 1/2 hours. The price was more than I wanted to pay but I don’t have leaking faucets anymore and hopefully they will work for another 40 years. They did a great job so I have asked them to do another job and I am waiting for the quote. In short I would say quick, competent, friendly service. UPDATES: Just under a year after the spigots were installed, one of them broke and leaked into the crawl space. I called H2Flow and reported the problem. They said the work was still in warranty. We arranged a time for repair/replacement. And it was done quickly. This is a family business and I will call them again for my future plumbing needs.

I recently had plumbing work completed at my home, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience. From the initial contact to the final walkthrough, everything was handled professionally and efficiently. Brian/Jake and team arrived on time, clearly explained the issue, and walked me through the repair process before getting started. The quality of the work was excellent, and it was clear they took pride in doing the job right the first time. They also made sure to keep the workspace clean and left everything in great condition once the job was finished. I would absolutely recommend their services to anyone needing plumbing work done and will be using them again in the future.

This bathroom remodel included relocating plumbing and installing a new steam shower component. And you always get the job done in a timely manner. My experience working with H2Flo was great! They came and provided an estimate within 24 hours of contacting them. I was put on the schedule the following afternoon. I required a drain pipe reconfiguration to fit a new bathtub install. The work was completed. The plumbers are very knowledgeable in their craft. Everything was explained. They are professional, did the work, cleaned up behind themselves and respected my home. I can absolutely recommend them with no reservations and I will call again if needed! Thanks so much!

Brian arrived on time and quickly located a pipe burst from cold temperature by gradually enlarging the drywall cut opening. As the burst pipe was right next to the bath valve, he suggested a new one so that the brazing heat did not negatively affect the plastic within. He priced up front and did the job in about 3 hours. He even put insulation around the pipe in the area to prevent the next burst. The price is not cheap. But I think that it's still fair. The problem was resolved.

H2Flo went out of their way to finish our job which included having to have our community’s water department to come out and turn off our water so that H2Flo could perform the necessary fixes. Job was completed within the estimated timeframe and they tested their work. The plumbers that come out were very professional and communicated what was going on along the way. Very happy and satisfied with H2Flo, the plumbers and all the staff that was involved! Thank you very much!!

I've used H2Flo in the past year and also this week. The Owner Bryan knows what he's doing, and I never have to call him back for the same problem. He installed a bathroom faucet + a shower head, spout and handle this week. He did a wonderful job and no leaks. Bryan is a Master Plumber and has a fantastic crew. He's not cheap, but he's one of the best around. I highly recommend H2Flo Plumbing for any issues that you have.

I had a leak in the basement. I called H2FLO and they came out in a few hours. He immediately found the problem and explained what needed to be changed. He answered all my questions without hesitation. I’ve had bad experiences with plumbing companies, so I was hesitant. Brian was the technician that came out. He was very polite and professional. I will definitely be using this company again. I highly recommend them.

H2Flo was a life saver on a Thursday morning. We had major sludge backup in our basement and what we thought would be an hour of rotting out our drain turned into a 3 hour project. From inside out to outside in the sewer pipe was cleaned out and we have been running great since!!! Near, clean and extremely polite. So happy we called them and will be using them again soon for a bathroom leak and remodel!
