I would 100% recommend these guys. I called H Jack's Akron number around 8.45 am on a Sunday morning, and Brad arrived 40 minutes later. After trouble shooting the problem (AKA our heater was more than 20 years old) he called Dylan to bring a new unit and some parts, and to assist with the work. They were polite, clean and efficient, and took about 4 hours once they started. The cost was in line with what I was expecting. All in all this was a smooth and professional experience.

H. Jack's was able to come out the same day we called, which was unexpected. Lamar and Dylan showed up on time to replaced our sumpump check-valve. In addition, they performed a maintenance check on the battery backup system and removed a clogged in the pipes (at no charge!). Both were very professional & polite and would highly recommend them and H. Jack's.

Extremely happy with the service we received from Dynamerican. Jesse arrived slightly earlier than expected and did an excellent job clearing our discharge line on our septic. Definitely recommend for septic system service. Their pricing was very reasonable compared to other companies we called with shortest wait time to preform required repairs. Thanks

Ben and Jayden were timely, efficient, and a pleasure to deal with in the repairs of my sump pump today. I’ve never been disappointed with the services I’ve received from HJacks plumbing - hot water tank replacement, kitchen sink/faucet/disposal replacement, drain stack crack fix, sump pump external drain pipe replacement.

I called them as soon as I knew my old unit was at the end. 20 minutes later I had a visit for evaluation. Next day Jayden, Tom, Eli and Jay worked on replacing the whole HVAC unit. Super nice people. Efficient and accurate. Within 24 hours I have a new working system. This is the group to choose.

Zac and Steve provided excellent service in our home! We had a pipe burst in our finished basement that obviously was stressful. They were thorough, friendly, and informative. Would highly recommend H. Jack’s! Excellent service in a timely fashion.

Steve and Steve are the only guys who showed up on Saturday.. I called and they were there in half hour..Life savers.. Had a broken pipe and it flooded the basement..
