Service was great but the tech said he couldn’t take payment over the phone and I wasn’t there as this is for a rental. He said we would need to call the office. Called multiple times with no one answering or a call back. Finally a few business days or so later finally got ahold of someone and of course couldn’t find the invoice… So …”
