I have been using Guin for years and they continue to provide the best HVAC and plumbing service. Last week, Austin and Mike went above and behind installing a new HVAC system. They were kind, professional, knowledgeable, and left no trace of being in my home! Wendell also went above and behind with a plumbing repair! I am so grateful to have such excellent people working in my home. And finally, Alex has taken exceptional care of our furnaces for many years, helping guide us through many repair and replace decisions!! They all are just the best!
I am so grateful for the quick response when I called to let them know my heat wasn’t working. Eric found the issues and gave me a quote within 30 minutes. He was able to make recommendations to give me options but also made sure I did what was best for the unit and my home. The whole problem was solved within three hours of calling! I will be signing up for the annual inspection package because of this experience!
Guin handled the HVAC work for our basement renovation and they were fantastic every step of the way. Fair pricing, friendly technicians, and responsive customer service. My only wish is that I’d found them sooner!
We have used a few different plumbing companies during the eight years we have lived in Mountain Brook and were never very impressed. Based on online reviews we took a chance with Guin and were glad we did. Each and every individual we dealt with from office staff to technicians were the exact type of folks you wanted to deal with during your time of need. Everyone was competant and friendly and took pride in their work. Although we only had plumbing work done this time I will also use them next time we need HVAC work. Their charge was commensurate with the exceptional level of service they provided. Thank you folks at Guin!
