Guerrero Plumbing is the only plumber I will call. I have used their services twice: Once for a leak in the feed to the laundry sink and once for a leak in the shower. They always make high-quality repairs. They are honest, reliable, efficient, a great value.

Can I give 100 stars?! I got home from work to a flooded kitchen from our sink leaking all day! It was already 5:30pm, but I tried Guerrero right away after seeing so many recommendations from my neighborhood. Corey answered the phone from Guerrero was so reassuring and got in touch with a technician who could come out within the hour!! Pedro identified the problem and provided me with multiple solutions for me to choose from to fit our budget and timeframe. I opted to have him replace our faucet this evening, and he and his supervisor, Hector, worked to get us a replacement faucet in an even better brand to ensure longevity. Pedro replaced the faucet, cleaned the area thoroughly for me, and was done in less than an hour and half from his arrival! All while I fed, bathed, and put two toddlers to bed. Total lifesaver. Thank you Pedro and team for taking excellent care of our home and family this evening. It is so appreciated.

If you want to be grossly overcharged for minimal work, use this company. I have never been ripped off so bad.

Unfortunately we were informed by another plumber that this company did not install our basepump water powered back up sump pump correctly. When we had an emergency clog, I called them first and I was abruptly told they no longer do work in DC and they wouldn't even give me another recommendation. I was satisfied with their work previously, but apparently they may not be experts in sump related issues. It seemed like a business that stood behind their work, but having learned that the quality of work that was done was subpar for the $1300 install, I figured I would share my experience. They may just be someone you call for simpler jobs.

I noticed a slow leak under my kitchen sink on Sunday and contacted so many 24/7 plumbers but only Guerrero Plumbing got back to me. I have a new dishwasher arriving Tuesday and needed the leaking valve repaired ASAP before the dishwasher could even be installed. Receiving the phone call from Guerrero Plumbing on a Sunday totally made my day! With such short notice, they were able to schedule me in on a Monday and fix it that day. Milton and Hector from Guerrero Plumbing did an amazing job! They arrived within the time frame window and upon arrival, they wore shoe covers, which was a plus. They kept everything so clean while replacing my valve. They replaced my old valve (not the best valve and prone to leak) with an even better T shape valve! After completing the job, they wanted to ensure there were no leaks and that all the water faucets and toilets were okay and to let the air out from the pipes. They are honest, reasonably price and extremely professional and polite. Along the process of shutting off the main water line, they also notified me about WSSC's Fire Sprinkler System Backflow tag that was on the pipes, which apparently, I'm suppose to replace every 5 years. I had no idea WSSC even put the tag there when I purchased the house. Milton was so kind to explain what that was and even gave me a quote; will definitely have him repair that in the future. So grateful to have discovered Guerrero Plumbing. Will be using Guerrero Plumbing for any future plumbing issues!

Great plumbers. Emailed after seeing these reviews on google and recommendations from silver spring online groups. Emailed on a Saturday morning stating not an urgent problem. Received a reply email within an hour or so. Offered a Monday or Tuesday afternoon appointment. Arrived on time, reviewed what needed done and came up with a quote on site. This was my third quote and it was in between the other two but Milton said could be completed today if price was agreed on, so I was comfortable with the price. Pleasant to talk to, nonjudgmental as I am trying to upgrade my bathroom by myself to save on cost (but have never done it before). Every time he and his partner (cousin) came into the house they put shoe covers on which I appreciated even though I have two young kids and a visibly messy house. Educated me with my options and what needed done to complete the job. Informed family when strong smell would be occurring due to glue and asked if that was ok. After job was done, a few days later I needed help removing a cap, sent an email at 5:45am asking if they could help me remove it before their first job of the day, he replied and arrived to loosen it at 7am - it took them 5 minutes and they said no charge even though I was willing to pay. Appreciate both of them very much and would recommend them to anyone in the silver spring area for plumbing issues. Will definitely use them for all my plumbing needs.

Overall, I had a wonderful experience, and I highly recommend GP's services, hands-down! Thanks to my friend Cori for the suggestion! The appointment process was straightforward and I was promptly scheduled at my preferred time. I also received a follow-up email and phone call the day before the appointment. The plumber, Jose arrived on time, and was very courteous, even taking the time to put on shoe covers before entering my home. He did this a few times as he was back and forth to his service van. I explained that I needed to replace the dual sink's supply lines and valves, as my current plastic supply lines lacked switches in the valves to stop water, also one line was too short which caused. After discussing my needs, Jose thoroughly assessed the situation and provided a reasonable estimate. During the work, I checked in on the progress and was pleased to see that Jose was using high-quality replacement parts with supply lines long enough for the connectors. He even took the time to explain how the valve switches worked, without me asking. Once the work was completed, I reviewed everything and was satisfied with the results. The payment process was simple, and I was able to pay via credit card with no issues.

Guerrero comes highly recommended in South Four Corners and their reputation is very well earned. My first interaction was needing a clogged main drain unblocked, which they quickly responded & unclogged. Next I requested they install a new shower valve & fixture set; upon opening up the drywall behind the shower to access the old valve, they discovered dryer lint inside the wall where none should be. The company who flipped & sold us the house several years ago had simply not connected the dryer to the existing vent & our dryer had been exhausting into the wall for four years. Guerrero's affiliated company, Sol Remodeling & Construction was able to quickly install a new exhaust along with an updated vent cover, remediating the issue. Mensan & Hector displayed outstanding professionalism and craftsmanship. Corey was great & very friendly in scheduling all the appointments & they were very prompt. Costs were reasonable & you get excellent value, & the work is done right the first time. Estimates are always in writing & everything is professional & well executed. These folks are now my go-to for plumbing & house support/renovations.

The company itself is highly recommended in terms of service quality. The reception was polite and scheduled us quickly with the date and time that worked for us. The communication to remind us the appointment was prompt. The technicians arrived on time and was knowledgable of our issues. We were considering changing out both the faucet and the garbage disposal in the kitchen. The technician was very professional, and informed us the best plan to proceed, which is not to change out the disposal as it works just fine, but do change out the leaky faucet. However, we ended not using their service to change out the faucet as the fee for changing out the faucet seemed a bit too high for us ($290). If their pricing was lower, we would have loved to give them our business.

I needed an outside faucet replaced with a frost-free faucet I had purchased. I had planned to do the job myself, but I decided to get a plumber to do it. I set up an appointment with Guerrero Plumbing, and Milton came on time. I was so pleased with Milton. He was very friendly, professional, and he explained to me what he was doing. I especially appreciated that. He gave me helpful information on the use of the new Frost Free Faucet. ( Do not put too much pressure on it to turn it off, as it is plastic; be sure to shut the valve off for winter and drain it ). It was a pleasure to have Milton do the job. I will definitely use Guerrero Plumbing for any future jobs. By the way, their price to do the job was less than half the quote from another plumbing business.

Today was my second time using GUERRERO PLUMBING,LLC and again they did an excellent job. They even discovered two leaks and water damage that was occurring in the house. First and foremost I was happy they were able to come out over the weekend. I originally called them for a clogged pipe and inspection but they went above and beyond. The owner and one of his employees came out and made sure my plumbing issues were fixed within a short period of time. He offered helpful advice on what to do next regarding the water damage. I would definitely use them again for any plumbing issues. Their prices were reasonable and they did a full inspection before give me the price, so I had no surprises after they were done.

There is no other plumber worth your trust and money to assess and repair such important systems and functions in your home from toilets to laundry to showers. I think esp. when it comes to the older homes here in the Silver Spring area that Mr. Guerrero and his crew know so well. I have just had to call them again this morning for a problem they diagnosed a while ago but were trying to help us hang on to what we had to avoid the cost short term. Now we have to pay but we know whatever we pay will be a fair price for the work that has to happen and that it will be done correctly. Thank you Guerrero for your plumbing expertise and kindness you show your customers!
