Five stars!!!! We had a burst spigot during the freeze, and they were absolute lifesavers. They actually FaceTimed with us yesterday to assess the damage and give us peace of mind when no one else could make it out. Then, they braved the icy roads today to complete the repair. Professional, kind, and incredibly helpful.

I called and spoke to someone about our home plumbing issue about a month ago. I was told that the call would be forwarded to the master plumber and I would receive a call back. I never received any call back so I can't attest to their service. However, there should've been some common courtesy to follow up. I ended up using another company with stellar results.

I’m very disappointed with this company’s service. The technician intentionally spent over an hour before pointing out a very small issue. They charge $55 just for visiting, $170 per hour to “diagnose,” and then wanted to add even more hourly charges ($225). It feels like they deliberately stretch out the time to increase the bill rather than fixing the problem efficiently. The value of service compared to the amount charged is not fair, and customers should be cautious about the way they operate.

I can't say enough good about Lloyd with GTX. Over Memorial Day weekend, a pipe in our attic developed a leak. Despite our best effort, many hours, and multiple trips to Lowe's, Home Depot, and ACE, we couldn't fix the issue. We did all we could to make it through the holiday to avoid premium prices, and I went to the plumbing supply house in Round Rock on Tuesday morning to see if I could find the fittings we needed. Thanks to some helpful plumbers there, I found out the problem: we have Kitec, which requires exorbitantly expensive adapter fittings to repair. I got the fittings needed and began calling around to everyone in Georgetown with a 4+ rating. No one could get us seen til maybe Thursday, but, once I told the lady at GTX that I had the fittings and just needed someone to install them, she told me she could get the master plumber to call me back that evening. Sure enough he did! We spoke on the phone for a while, where I explained the issue, then he had me send pics of the fittings and we FaceTimed so he could see/make sure we had the right installation tools. He very thoroughly explained the order of installation and sent links or photos of exactly the few fittings and items I still needed from Home Depot, and Lloyd told me if I had the fittings and I could find someone to go up into the attic for me, I didn't need to pay him to do it for me. Sure enough! I went and bought about $15 more worth of supplies at Home Depot, where I was even able to text him while in store for a product clarification. That night, my bro in law had no problem assembling the pieces just like Lloyd said and then cutting out our temp fix to install the new fitting. It went as smooth as Lloyd said it would, and it didn't cost me a dime of his time! I asked Lloyd if I could pay him for his consultation time or make a donation to a charity of his choosing in his name and he said no, keep the money, just call me when you *actually* need me and tell your friends. So here we are. Lloyd is a wonderful and wonderfully helpful person, and I will absolutely be calling him when things go truly sideways!

Great company & will be using them for any plumbing need moving forward. Was dealing with issues with my water heater and was able to talk to someone the same day to trouble shoot what was going on and get all the quotes I needed. I ended up holding off and got the issue fixed for a few days and then was having a different issue and called back to just move forward with a total replacement. They got me my final quote and were able to get me on the schedule for a couple days later which worked great. When they got here they realized that the water heater was actually short and not tall like they had thought based on the pictures I provided. I found out that it was an extra $200 for the right water heater, but they said they would cover the cost based on the quote they had provided and would honor that price. I have called so many times and talked to so many people that I felt bad, so I was able to add a little bit more to help, but all and all they were going to keep me from owing $200 more than I had budgeted for. The guys who came to do the install were very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. They took the time to answer all the questions I had and to make sure they had everything that I needed to enjoy having hot water again. 5/5 stars! Great company & felt they were very honest. Call these guys first before calling anyone else.

Where to even begin! My husband and I were opening our own business and ended up having to GC the project ourselves. As you can imagine, it was an overwhelming, daunting experience that was filled with fear that we would be taken advantage of. What a complete opposite experience did we have once we found GTX plumbing! From the moment I reached out to them, Sharon and Llyod went ABOVE AND BEYOND for us! Most companies will not work with owners who GC their projects themselves, but GTX Plumbing is clearly not most companies. It was obvious by their reviews that they were great people with good hearts and that is why I reached out to them. Throughout our construction project, there were many times when things came up and we needed something right away. Sharon would always make sure to adjust the schedule to squeeze us in that same day and make sure the guys came out to help us right away. Truly an unmatched level of customer service that is so rare to find today! All of there guys that came to the job site were courteous, professional, and kind. I cannot thank them enough for looking out for us, for taking care of us and truly just being wonderful people that we will have in our life forever! You cannot go wrong with GTX plumbing and they will be our plumbers for life!

I would like to thank the folks at GTX Plumbing. I had a water leak at my house in Georgetown Texas tonight. My tenants called me to let me know what the issue was but was having a hard time trying to explain to me the exact problem. They were also having a problem getting the water shut off by the water heater where the leak was. I contacted my home warranty and they were telling me it would be 4 hours before anyone could even let me know when a plumber could come out. So I called GTX and told them I would like to have them on standby in case my home warranty could not get out tonight. Sharon told me to have my tenant call them and she would have them talk with one of their master plumbers. In short, my tenant called them and spoke with the owner. The owner walked my tenant through how to get the water turned off and diagnose the problem over the phone. They did this all free of charge. I can't begin to tell you how amazed and happy I was for Sharon and the owner to offer help like this. If I ever need to use a plumber, I am definitely calling GTX. Words really can't describe how impressed and appreciative of their service and generosity.

WOW! Fixed our flooding issue with a phone call. Our showers, toilets & bathtubs on the first floor were all backing up and starting to flood. The owner, Sharon, answered the phone & kept our house from flooding by telling me to open the overflow in the front yard. Lloyd, master plumber, called a few minutes later kept the repair at no cost by having us check the second overflow by the street. When the second overflow was also full of toilet paper he told us we could call the city as it was 'past the city tap' and the city would take care of it. City came out within an hour and fixed it. The many many other plumbing companies I reached out to or called while in a panic either didn't answer or told us nothing to keep the flooding from happening while telling us they have to see who they can get to come out. So so so grateful for GTX Plumbing keeping our house from flooding & making a seemingly huge issue to us he just a small blip in our already overloaded lives. Thank you again!! Prayerfully we won't need them again but if we do they will be the ones we call!!

Called this morning and spoke to Sharon---first of all, you can just hear her smile over the phone. She's a joy to speak to. Love when you can call a company and hear the smile through the phone. I had a situation where I had a water leak and got a pretty hefty bill from the city of Jonah. I contacted them to make an appointment for someone to come out and check things out. However, Sharon wanted me to just run my story by a technician first and said one would call me today. A few hours later I receive a call [I'm so sorry IDK why i'm blanking on your name now]. He was so kind and asked me questions and advised me on what possibly could be going on and gave me some tips and tricks to figure it out. Even though I didn't technically have them service my home yet. Just the callback is amazing. It's truly so hard to find companies when they say they will call you back, actually call you back. So on that alone and the amazing and such friendly service, I'm giving them 10 stars, but it only allows me 5. Thank you so much! Nickole Sarles-Sharpe

We had a pex Fitting go bad and it flooded our house. Contacted GTX plumbing and they were on it as quick as they could get here. Once it was fixed, the water did not flow like it should and the owner FaceTime to me and we got it fixed as some of the insulation evidently got down in the piping when they did the repair and it had plugged up the aerator Imagine, an owner calls you at 8 o’clock at night on FaceTime and walk you through checking things to get things fixed We have used them a number of times and they have always been great. After our leak, we’ve decided to put in one of those Moen Water controls that sense if your water is flowing when it shouldn’t be etc., and it automatically turns the water off to your house or you can turn it off via application on your phone. If you don’t have one yet, you better get one cause it would’ve saved us thousands of dollars and we have put one on. So guess what we’re putting one on today and GTX plumbing is doing it. Good job GTX

What a nice experience with a great company. Very friendly, knowledgeable and trustworthy. The plumber called and tried to solve the problem over the phone but I needed hands on help. Jeff was incredible!!! He showed up on time, very friendly, knowledgeable and eager to help. He worked tirelessly with his helper to get my problem solved. These are real plumbers, not salesman. They only wanted to solve my problem and make me happy. This is by far the best interaction I've had with any company in Texas. Sharron who answered the phone was so nice. They got me an appointment when I was available with a break in my schedule. Jeff gave me several tips on how to keep my pipes and appliances working smoothly with some simple maintenance. He even adjusted my water heater and showed me how to flush the hot water tank. I will always recommend GTX Plumbing to my friends and family. Way to go GTX!!!!!

First time using GTX Plumbing. They came out today to check a pressure issue as well as to replace the flapper on a toilet. Immediately after the techs (Trent, and we didn't catch the other gentleman's name, but both were very courteous and professional) completed the job, we left the premises, and when we returned we realized the toilet was running. I called GTX, and explained that it was running and that the flapper installed wasn't the correct fit. I sent a photo and video, and it turns out this toilet is a bit atypical and uses a specific type of flap. They sent someone back before the end of the business day (Cameron, very nice and professional), and the issue was resolved. We also received a follow-up call from the owner. All in all, every team member of GTX we dealt with was great. We will definitely call them for future issues, and I'd highly recommend them.
