Manolo and his Son of GTO provided EXCELLENT SERVICE! They were professional, courteous, respectful of me, (a 64 year old Woman, home by myself), our home and property and worked relentlessly to resolve our plumbing issues. Manolo provided me with easy to understand explanations about the problems with our system, what was required to resolve those issues and of his work at each step of the repair process. GTO also provided photos of the work/repairs to my roomate, via text, as he was at work and not able to be here while they were in our home both diagnosing the issues with our system and completeing the necessary repairs. This was crucial as my roomate was responsible for overseeing the process and providing payment on behalf of our landlord who lives several hours away. Manolo's documentation was so thorough that our landlord was able to sign off on the repairs and the payment at each step of the repair process! They resolved our issues in a more than timely manner and took great care to thoroughly clean up our property after finishing the repairs to our system. I CANNOT RECOMMEND GTO MORE HIGHLY!!! In a world where fewer and fewer 'professionals' take pride in their work and deliver fully on promises made, GTO/Manolo and his Son unequivocally stand head and shoulders above and they do so with GREAT INTEGRITY!! Moreover, as a Woman, it was refreshing to be treated as someone who is not only as capable as any man of understanding issues related to plumbing and home repair, but who also has the ability to make competent decisions with respect to resolving those issues. It was WONDERFUL working with them!! Don't hesitate! When you have plumbing issues, CALL GTO!!!!

We had a great experience with this plumbing team. They were incredibly nice, prompt, and professional from start to finish. They arrived on time, clearly explained the issue, and handled everything efficiently and cleanly. It’s such a relief to work with people who are both skilled and genuinely kind. We would absolutely recommend them and will definitely call them again for any future plumbing needs.

Highly recommend! We got three estimates for replacement of lateral sewer line and some internal pipe re-routing for our older home in Lafayette. GTOs price was half of one of the other estimates and about $5000 lower than the other. GTO was very thoughtful and creative in their approach-- for example helping to save a tree over the sewer line. The team was very communicative and professional. It was a difficult job and they got it done for an amazing price.

Over the past year, GTO has done several projects for our 70 year old Mid-Century Modern house in Tara Hills. Each of them done with the highest quality labor and parts, done quickly, and very cleanly—(cleanest worksite I have ever seen) One of the 4 jobs (replacement of our sewer line and the 7 drains that connected to it) required a permit, GTO pulled the permit and applied for inspection completely hassle free, the inspector told us candidly that GTO had done a very good job, they went above and beyond code requirements and built our new sewer line very sturdily, I’d never seen that happen either. (They replaced the sewer line in one day with their team of 4, amazing work) Manolo and his team -in addition to being fast and keeping a clean workspace- were very respectful, answered all of my rookie questions with great detail and patience, They are also very competitively priced, as a home owner the 2 most important people you need to find is a good and honest electrician and plumber. GTO are my number #1 go-to for anything plumbing related.

Just adding to this review! It turned out that the toilet had to be replaced and Manolo was there in half an hour to take care of it. Again highly recommended! !! I had a blocked up toilet and sink this Saturday.. I called Manolo and he was there in 30 minutes! He was recommended to me by somebody, and didn't know me , but came with a huge smile, It took him four hours to fix the problem(s) And his price was more than reasonable. Honestly, this is the nicest guy ever so polite, the biggest smile and incredibly efficient. He also cleans out gutters does sump pumps, etc. etc. my cousin is going to hire him for the gutters and this is definitely my go to guy from now on. Cannot recommend him enough

First, I want to say that I wasn’t asked or incentivized to write this review. I’m sharing my experience because this father-and-son business truly deserves to be recognized for their great work and professionalism. I contacted them because my kitchen sink stopped draining, even though another plumbing company had snaked the line just eight months ago. They took the time to thoroughly diagnose the real issue—despite the challenges of our very narrow crawl space—and they fixed it. The results have been great, and I can finally sleep better! I would happily recommend them to my family, friends, and neighbors.

They saved me last night! My exterior hose spigot needed to be replaced on the fly, and they showed up almost immediately—even at 11 pm. There was a late-night surcharge, but I gladly accepted it after going the whole day without water in the house. They worked quickly, replaced the spigot I had already purchased, and even welded a threaded coupling onto the pipe so I can easily replace it myself next time—at no extra cost. Super friendly, professional, and thoughtful. I’ll definitely hire them again for future projects.

I called GTO plumbing and repair at 10:30pm one evening due to scary situation with my failing water heater. Manolo promptly answered my call and coached me on safety protocol. It was a very stressful situation and was so grateful that he responded so late in the evening. He came over the next day with his assistant to assess the situation. They were both very kind, prompt and helped reassure me that sure my home was safe. I will happily recommend this business to others in need of plumbing/household services!!!

Great company and great price, they are very knowledgeable and friendly, I have never seen any other plumber like them they came and fix a problem of years in just a few hours. What others couldn’t fix and just charge me lots of money, they fixed it and were honest to me instantly at a very affordable price. There’s no other company like them they are local and a family, if you need a good plumber they are definitely your go to.

GTO Plumbing, and especially their technician Manolo, did an amazing job assisting with a plumbing issue I had. They were responsive, provided a detailed diagnosis of the issue, a detailed estimate and summary of work that would be needed to remedy, and completed the work the next day in half the time estimated. I would highly recommend, and I will continue to use their services for any plumbing issues in the future.

Manolo is an excellent, smart plumber, who knows how to evaluate the situation and resolve it in the best, most economical way. He also knows his parts and materials well, and was able to save me money on the repairs. He fixed the a hand sink, a toilet,and a dishwashing sink for me. I was very happy with the fair price, excellent service and friendly attitude. I highly recommend GTO Plumbing!

I thougth that I would expend a fortune in my plumbing project, then gto plumbing and Manolo the technician showed up and I felt really realived because they gave me a very good estimate to repipe the whole house and replace the very old galvaniced iron water pipe with copper pipes. They did an excellent job, I will recommend them.

We've had recurring plumbing / sewer issues and have this had several groups come out and have a look and try to fix the problem. GTO was the only group that was actually thorough and fixed the problem, walking me through and showing me exactly what was happening. Quick, professional, knowledgeable, and affordable!
