Ben and his team did a great job diagnosing the plumbing leak source and were able to to replace the affected pipe section. The were timely and knowledgeable. I would definitely use them again.

Kendall and GS plumbing did a great job! They were able to come out within a few hours of my call and had everything fixed the same day. Kendall was friendly and professional and was able to diagnose the problem quickly, provide a price to fix it right away, and get it fixed and working.

Was a pleasure working with Lee and Cody… Trevor was our technician who single-handedly performed our hot water heater replacement, plumbing, and additional faucet installation. Jan 2026 - Update Had GS out to install a whole-house shut off. Unfortunately one of the fittings they used burst a few days later and damaged some of the flex ducting for my HVAC under the house. They came out the same day and fixed the burst pipe. THEN...they sent an HVAC company to replace the damaged ducking at no cost to me. One of few businesses that stands by their work. Thanks GS Plumbing! PREVIOUS REVIEW. Had them back for a leaky drain I was not able to fix! Fast and efficient as usual ! I needed them to locate my sewer clean out and where my sewer lines ran because they were some debate as to where they were. I was about to have excavation work done and needed it done ASAP. Cody and his assistant I believe his name is Cory we’re great. They figured out where everything ran marked it check things out under the house and we’re done. The story goes on and on but to keep it short there was some very bad probably illegal plumbing done regarding sewer drains and gray waterlines. Cody and his assistant Cory spent a ton of time troubleshooting the problem figured it out dug until they found the appropriate plumbing and repaired it. It took several trips to do it but they did a fantastic job they’re both very good-natured very professional and very patient. Highly recommend While I certainly hope I don’t need them to come to my house again, I will definitely use them if I have Future plumbing issues

GS Plumbing provided outstanding service from start to finish. My technician, Trevor, arrived on time and was professional, courteous, and attentive as I explained the drainage issue I was experiencing. After verifying the problem, he first attempted to clear the line with a snake. When it became apparent that the blockage was likely farther down the line or more severe than initially expected, Trevor didn’t hesitate to take the next step. He went into the crawl space beneath the house, carefully traced the line, and isolated the approximate location of the problem. Throughout the entire process he worked diligently, explained what he was doing, and made sure I understood the situation and repair options. His communication and professionalism gave me a lot of confidence that the job was being handled correctly. As a disabled veteran who is unable to access the crawl space to perform these types of repairs myself, I was especially grateful for Trevor’s thoroughness and respect. GS Plumbing also extended a veterans discount, which I truly appreciated. Based on this experience, I will not hesitate to call GS Plumbing again for any future plumbing needs. The Cotton Mill condos had used GS Plumbing in an emergency situation last year and they did such a great job that we decided to call them again and retain them as our 'Go To' company. The dispatcher who made the appt was respectful and friendly, and conveyed clear, precise instructions for the scheduled appt. Andy was the plumber who arrived and was also friendly and immediately got down to business with our needs. He assessed the first request to install a new outside bibb, and got right to evaluating how and where this could be located & accomplished. Moving onto the second job, again he assessed the issue and the needs, and advised us very appropriately with reassurance of what the next steps would be. He followed upbwith acquiring the name, phone #, and email address of our property management company so he could forward the assessment to them, and he emailed me a copy as well! I'd recommend GS plumbing and Andrew to anyone who needs trustworthy, efficient, skilled plumbing!!

We just used GS Plumbing for the first time and they were wonderful. The office staff was helpful when I was making the appointment. They came the next morning and Kendall, the technician, was early, super knowledgable, helpful and very eager to help us find a solution- not only in my home (repairing a leak under the guest sink) but he also went to my elderly parents home and replaced their toilet and fixed a slow leaking toilet that had been a problem since they bought the place 18 mos ago. Another plumber had come out TWICE and were unable to really fix the problem! Kendall listened, quickly assessed, gave us options, gave us a very reasonable quote and quickly got to work. We are all thrilled with the professionalism and the quality of work! We will be calling on Kendall and the GS Plumbing Team for all our future plumbing needs. Thank you so much!

We had a ceiling light flickering in the garage. I opened it up and water poured out. The technician that showed up says it was condensation… in cold weather? It poured out. He was hung up on one test - “Does the water meter move when the water is turned off?”. He flushed the toilets and looked at the water meter. Charged us $151. I discovered five months later that the toilet above the light was leaking… rotted our baseboards and had been leaking under the baseboard. Not sure how much water has been building up above the ceiling since his visit but he seemed like he was in a hurry and couldn’t let go of that one test… no deep exploration but we knew for sure it wasn’t condensation.

I wanted to take a minute to say big THANK YOU to Mike aka PupPup and William aka Cody aka LongLegs McGee for your professionalism, your sense of humor, and your honesty. You both went above and beyond and left my space sparkling and working perfectly. Y'all even turned off the sink downstair "properly"....most the time I have to go back and "fix" that...but nope, not your guys...you did it without me asking. I noticed and I want you both to know how much everything you did was top notch in my book. Thank you for being awesome guys and doing an awesome job! Hope to see you on the trails sometime.

I contacted GS Plumbing this morning after they were recommended by my neighbor. I could not be happier with their service. They rearranged their schedule so a technician would come out today. Kendall arrived on time and was very courteous and professional. He quickly and accurately diagnosed our issue (broken water pressure regulator) and made the needed repairs. He also installed a shut-off valve under our house since we did not have one. Bring new to the Greenville area, I am happy to have found GS Plumbing. I highly recommend them.

The technician from GS Plumbing arrived with a friendly smile and clearly displayed his ID badge. He got started right away inspecting my heat pump and gave it a thorough cleaning. He also looked over the thermostat and shared some helpful tips for better use. Throughout the visit, he was polite, approachable, and took the time to listen to my concerns. I’ve consistently had positive experiences with GS Plumbing's team. Their service plan is well worth it, offering scheduled heating and air maintenance twice a year.

We had a plumbing issue at our office here at Cregger Company with the toilet and sink, and GS Plumbing sent Andy out the very next day to take care of it. Andy was professional, efficient, and got everything sorted quickly with minimal disruption to our workday. It's hard to find reliable service like this, especially on such short notice. Cody and Lee were wonderful. I had an emergency with a water heater and they were able to come out, assess the situation, find a replacement and install so quickly. I am forever grateful. Today Andy came out and he was great. So nice and professional. GS plumbing always comes out quickly. I had another plumbing issue today 1/7/26 and it was a super good experience. Suddenly every toilet and drain in my house stopped working. I was referred to GS Plumbing. Spoke to Ben on the phone and he sent help right away. I forget the technicians name but mostly because he was so efficient and handled the job so quickly. Price was absolutely reasonable and although I hope not to need emergent help in the future I know exactly who I will be calling! Thanks GS plumbing!

Called and got an appt right away, tech Cody was out within the hour and did a great job. Luckily there was nothing to fix after he did some stress testing to make sure everything was okay. It was my user error, what can I say?! He was very polite about it and did a great job. Will definitely be using this company for any future plumbing needs!
