I have had the most pleasant experience with Grogg's. Beginning With Trey and our estimate/sales experience and continuing with the installers, Danny Adams and Rylan. Two most outstanding individuals. Knowledgeable, efficient, professional and courteous. They are indeed an asset to your business. Also Alec performed technician duties professionally and timely. I had a great experience with Grogg's Home Services today. I was dealing with a nasty drain blockage that had water backing up into my kitchen sink, but Zach Collins sorted it out perfectly. He was punctual, respectful of my home, and clearly knew his stuff. He diagnosed the problem right away and had everything flowing again in no time. It's hard to find honest, quality service these days—I'll definitely be asking for Zach the next time I need help!

Giving a huge shout out to these guys. They took our call for service at 10:00 at night and was up here first thing this morning in the freezing cold ( we could see our breath in the house and our windows were iced over inside) they worked in my cold house, ran to town and back for parts and braved my slick, steep hill of a driveway to get our furnace fixed. Super nice, too. If you ever need services, I recommend these guys a thousand percent! Thank you for saving our lives in this storm!

We’ve been having issues with our furnace. Called one place and they no showed/no call so we tried for about a month on our own to go through the motions. Well come this past Monday, it was COLD in the house. We called Grogg’s and within the same hour they were looking over things. Our furnace was over 20 years old and had all original parts, it was their recommendation to update our HVAC system. Unfortunately for us, we bought our house a couple years back and since moving had issues with keeping the house either warm or cold. Thanks to Grogg’s we now know that the original HVAC was don’t professionally and we needed a bit more extensive work. Grogg’s was able to help us with financing and got everything completed this week. It’s been a day or so of comfort. The house is evenly heated. I highly recommend these guys. They were professional and so helpful with any questions or concerns.

Grogg's did a great job. I called for an appointment on a Tuesday and they got me scheduled for the very next day. The scheduling staff and technician were all very nice, respectful, and courteous. The technician (Greg) arrived 10 minutes early, and then diagnosed and fixed the problem (a bad electrical connection) in less than 45 minutes. (arrival to departure) Grogg's charged an extra transit fee for me because I live out in a very rural area away from any cities, but the added price wasn't unreasonable. Overall I'm very satisfied with their service and would definitely recommend them to anyone.
