I know timing played a roll in it but we went from a quote to installed in less than 24 hours. Don came to our house yesterday and went over absolutely everything with us in detail. He had a lot of different packages in a wide range of prices. He never once tried to upsell us into products we told him we had no interest in. He even custom catered a plan for us that was what we were looking for in terms of a package. We asked a lot of questions and he answered them all in terms we could understand. The technicians showed up on time and the installation looks great. They wore boot covers the entire time even in my basement where it’s not necessary. There is zero mess left behind. During the install Don even stopped by to check in and see how things were going. I am beyond impressed with the service. From the beginning I got messages with pictures of who would be coming to my house and when. They all called ahead, showed up on time, and were all polite and professional. I highly recommend them!

I was very happy that someone was able to check my nonworking furnace on the day I called. The technician that came was Clyde Scranage and his assistant. I appreciated the knowledge, professionalism, and kindness offered to me. I have not used Grogg’s before but it definitely will not be the last time. The problem was identified and options presented to me without pressure.

With these single digit temperatures outside, they did not mess around. They came one day, then had everything replaced and stuff the next. I have a brand new setup that's energy efficient and safe. They replaced both my furnace and air conditioner.
