Jeremy is a rare find these days. Good help has become almost impossible to come by…most workers are either overpriced or don’t know what they’re doing. Jeremy’s the exception. He arrived quickly, was friendly and professional, and clearly skilled. He was the 3rd plumber I called for the job, and his quote came in at half the price of the others. His work was top notch, and he left everything spotless when he finished. A couple of weeks later, I called him again for a different plumbing issue. He fixed it effortlessly and charged a very fair price. It’s so refreshing to find someone skilled, honest, & dependable. You won’t go wrong hiring Jeremy, truly.

One of the best professionals I have had the experience of working with! We needed a new sink installed and explained what we were looking for as far as function, price, etc. He took the time to listen and understand our goals and timeline. His communication is proactive and he gives clear options based on what you need. He also has a good sense of humor!

Called around looking for plumbers Thursday morning. Couldn’t get anyone to come out until Monday unless I wanted to be charged “emergency” prices. Since I had cleaned up the water, started the drying process, and gotten the water turned off to the problem area it was not an emergency because the damage was already done. I just needed to find and repair the leak. Couldn’t visually find the problem, so I figured the leak was behind the wall (damn). I decided to call in some help. Initially, I had to leave a message with Mr. Grisenti, but he called me back quickly. Sadly, he let me know he did not provide services in the Bristol area. HOWEVER, he took the time to help me accurately diagnose the plumbing issue over the phone! He even gave me some handy tips of how to diagnose and repair the issue more efficiently. End of story: I had the plumbing issue repaired myself before Monday came. Now I’ll use the next couple weekends to replace flooring. Lol.

After calling literally over 25 companies to come out an assess a job and no one calling me back, Mr Grisenti did call me back same day, came out on Friday which he scheduled on Tuesday, was early and completed the job that needed to be done. He was very nice and professional throughout and I just really appreciate him for being prompt and doing what he agreed to do as we all know it’s very very hard to find a good worker out there willing to complete jobs or willing to do what they say they will. Thank you. I will certainly use you again.
