Brian from Greer Water Works came out to check on a shower that was not functioning properly. It was not clear whether his company or another contractor was responsible for correcting the issue. He corrected the problem and didn’t charge us. I would recommend them. H. Heyman

Greer waterworks was well represented by Dave, their very proficient plumber. He clearly explained the cause of the plumbing problem as well as giving explanation to the repair needed. Then he offered the estimate and terms. Once I accepted, he completed the job. Voila! Thank you Dave!

Horrible service. Came out to repair a toilet clog, which was not repaired. When I called them back to come back to fix it, they scheduled an appointment. They cancelled on the day of after advising a text would be there. We waited for almost 5 hours with zero communication. Keep in mind they sent me a $375 bill which I would pay, if the issue was corrected. Someone named Sean who refused to give me his last name, pretty much told me if they come out again, they are going to charge me again. Yes, I will be notifying BBB because who says the work is not under warranty when the issue comes back 2 days later? I could go on but I just had surgery on my heart and it’s not worth risking my health. Yes I told SEAN this info but he was extremely RUDE.

This is a review for the second job Greer plumbing and waterworks has done for me. This was a complicated, challenging project for a residential home. My cast steel main line drain ran directly under the mudroom floor. Which happened to be concrete.. Matt and his crews were very professional. The camera guy came and they scoped and checked the pipe to make sure it needed replacing. They also traced the pipe so they knew exactly were the pipe was. It took a 4 person crew 2 days to replace the old cast pipe which was about 5’ underground. They cleaned up when they were done, the price was reasonable, and the follow up was great. We found out one of the old connections had started leaking a few days after the job was completed. Matt had a technician here the following morning to fix that. I would say that if you have a plumbing issue, no matter how big or how small it is. Give Greer plumbing a call for a quote. Because of how great they handled 2 plumbing issues for me, I highly recommend them.

Greer plumbing company has been working with me to make several repairs to my basement plumbing. I called the office on Saturday, January 25th and they were able to send a technician out almost immediately! Brian came out and went above and beyond to help fix the frozen pipes. He even drove to Home Depot to purchase heaters to place around the basement. Amazing!! I have never had this kind of service from a company before. Also, we noticed that the well pump was on it’s last leg and sure enough, it stopped working and today, they are trying to send a technician out here for repairs. Lastly, this episode has been occurring during a major snowstorm and this company is still working with me to try and get me serviced. Please don’t hesitate to contact this plumbing company - you will receive the best service you could hope for.

We were referred to Greer by another company and we’re very happy with that referral! Their master technician came out and diagnosed that we needed a pH balancer because we had acidic water. He came back within the week and installed the system. On top of that, he recommended a place to get cheap water softener salt! I would highly recommend Greer if you have well water that needs treatment. Update: Second service call with Wyatt went very smoothly and he debunked what I read online about maintaining our water softener which will save me lots of time and headaches in the future!

had a clogged shower drain that was backing up badly, and it was becoming a real hassle. I called Greer Water Works, and Sean came out the same day. He was professional, friendly, and explained everything he was doing. He cleared the drain quickly and made sure everything was flowing smoothly before he left. He even cleaned everything up I wish I had the after photo of it being clean there was so much debris in the shower I can’t believe he got on his knees and wiped it all up highly suggest.

Today we had the pleasure of working with Greer water work and the technician Justin first let me say how respectful & honest from the start he gave us multiple options of fixing put leak on our kitchen ceiling he called it good,better& best of course we went with the best options we had pin hole all on our copper pipe and instead of fixing the one spot he recommended to replace the whole section cuz it would continue to happen I would definitely recommend greer to anyone

I had a backup and first called another company, but they couldn’t come out for a day. When I called Greer, the manager, Sophia, answered the phone and was so helpful and kind. She told me that Sean would be out within two hours, and he arrived in just 45 minutes. He snaked my drain and gave me great advice on how to prevent the kitchen drain from backing up again. I can’t recommend this company enough—they were extremely helpful. I would highly recommend them!
