I would highly recommend this company! We have been having some plumbing issues and we called Cost Plus Plumbing. He was quick to respond, came out and got us all fixed up. It is refreshing to know there is a company out there that is responsive, friendly, professional, affordable and timely! Will DEFINITELY be using again and recommending to others! I usually do not write reviews but I wanted everyone to know what a fantastic company Cost Plus Plumbing is, I had a pipe burst and Stacey called me back immediately and was out the same day and fixed everything and got my water back on. I would highly recommend Cost Plus Plumbing and I am so grateful for his quick response and expertise on how I to properly insulate the outside pipes.
I had a problem with deep water surrounding my sprinkler system control valves. I called four plumbers and Cost Plus Plumbing was the only plumber to come out. He waded through 5 to 6 inches of water to try to fix my problem. He spent a lot of time turning off controls and making sure I had water to my house. His charge was $0. I can’t say enough about his friendliness and professionalism and his willingness to help. He will be my plumber in the future and I wholly recommend him and his company.
These guys were fantastic! They took the time to educate me on the issue, were extremely patient and courteous and didn’t rush me when I asked lots of questions. I am incredibly happy with the service we received, how inexpensive they are and how knowledgeable they were. I can not recommend these guys enough- trustworthy, prompt, professional and helpful.
