My AC unit would not turn off. The condenser fan and compressor were running continuously. Called them early in the morning and spoke with Tom. He said they could send someone by no later than mid-day. Byron showed up, diagnosed the issue, provided a couple of solutions and got ac working properly again in short order. He was very easy to talk to and his explanation of the problem made it clear he understood the equipment he was working on.
