Dontae was wonderful—very efficient, professional and knowledgeable with a pipe that had frozen over the winter and had flooded my basement! He replaced the entire section of pipe and installed upgraded hardware on the external facing side. Would absolutely recommend this company for fast and efficient plumbing service and repairs!

I chose this company based on their reviews. I called greater works plumbing because my mom’s heating when turned on made very loud noises. We were told by Quentin that the expansion tank needed to be replaced. I felt the price to replace the expansion tank was on the very high. My mom is 85 years old and she needs her home to be warm so we went forward with the job. Quentin installed a small expansion tank but left the old expansion tank installed and told me that he doesn’t remove the old one. For the price they charged, I was disappointed that he left the old expansion tank installed. He later advised us that her heating will shut off because radiators needed to be flushed. He advise us that to do this it would be an additional fee. My mom is 85 years old and to date her heating is not fixed although we paid greater works plumbing $891. I called on 1.2.26 explaining what Quentin told us and was quoted a verbal price of $500 to have radiator flushed. I asked for a written estimate and as of the time of this review, I still have not received the written estimate. I am very disappointed with greater works plumbing because the old expansion tank was not removed, my mom’s heating still does not work. and I feel that their pricing is on the very high end which does not justify the quality of the work that was done. It’s extremely cold outside and my mom has to use electric heaters in her home after paying $891 for a job that did not correct the heating issue. Extremely unsatisfied customer as my experience with greater works plumbing is unfavorable as they did not fix my mom’s heating issue.

I decided to make Greater Works Plumbing my go to plumber for the buildings I manage. They do great work, they're always available and the prices are competitive. I've had Alex come out and work on my properties a couple of times and he's awesome! Explains the job completely does good work and is just an overall pleasure. And with Miss April running the show in the office I'm not sure how they can lose. Just a great experience all around.
