Patrick at Greater Western Plumbing did an awesome job on a recent project for me. He was super professional, showed up on time, worked efficiently, and the quality of the work was excellent. Pricing was very fair and competitive, and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. It’s hard to find a plumber this reliable and easy to work with. Huge shoutout to Patrick — I’d absolutely recommend Greater Western Plumbing and will be using them again!

Let me start by saying that I am a general contractor and have worked with Greater Western Plumbing on several projects. Their team is outstanding—very communicative, hard-working, and always attentive to detail. They genuinely care about my company and, more importantly, my clients. They have never let me down on a project. Most recently, I was out of town for Christmas when an elderly friend of mine lost hot water just a few days before Christmas. Of course, I called Greater Western. Patrick specifically showed up the same day and had the water heater replaced that day. Thanks to him, my friend had hot water and was able to take a hot shower that very night. Now I get to listen to my friend tell me how great Greater Western and Patrick are and how they saved her Christmas. Thank you, Greater Western—and thank you, Patrick. I truly appreciate you guys so much.

Man, I I met Patrick and the boys a great western. I was dealing with a major sewer break on my drain system. Typically you call out a plumber. They diagnose it give you a big number to fix it and you call it a day , unfortunately, I had four plumbing companies out and they couldn’t even figure it out🤦🏽‍♂️ , Called up great Western. They sent Patrick out. (Go Packers) In about two hours, he successfully diagnosed what the issue was came up with the proposal, providing me financing on the spot The next day, the whole crew came out got everything else taken care of the city inspector who inspected. It said it was the cleanest job they’ve seen in a while. Patrick really appreciate the help bud I have not found my Plumber. Thanks again.!!!

Scheduled an appointment for 1 o'clock. Heard nothing back. Called at 3:15 And got nothing but excuses. This was my only day off this week so I have to wait until next week to get someone else out here. A phone call would have been nice but I guess their phones are broke. Poor customer serviceI do not recommend them.

We did a master bath remodel 2 1/2 years ago. The first problem arose when they sent out a new, young plumber. The height of the shower head was put to low--unusually low. Once we realized the shower was finished and would have to be ripped apart to move it higher. My husband who is 6' had to bend down to shower. We found a solution on our own, but it's not what we wanted. 2 1/2 years later we noticed a small leak in our ceiling under the tub. We were having other renovation work done in our house and asked that master plumber (Honest Plumbing) to take a look. He said the connecter was installed incorrectly and unevenly causing a very slow leak. Since we rarely use the tub, it had taken awhile to show up in the ceiling. He is 100% sure this was an error at installation. I contacted the owners of Greater Western to see if they would help cover the costs of the fix plus drywall repair, but they said it was "past their 1 year warranty". Really? Your plumber installed it incorrectly to begin with and you won't stand by your work? We're now out hundreds of dollars to fix this and thank goodness the whole ceiling didn't collapse.

I had a pesky leaking shower in my master bathroom and I thought to myself.. why not call the plumber who lives right across the street from me? And, keep the business between friendly neighbors, turns out out that was Mike with Greater Western plumbing Mike sent out Jeremiah to diagnose the problem and Jeremiah took out the shower cartridge, kinda cleaned it up and then looked at my shower head, which was corroded with hard water minerals. I bought a brand new shower head and replaced it myself - but, the shower was still leaking so I called Mike back and he scheduled JD to come back and replace the Delta (brand) cartridge. JD was so prompt, he rang my doorbell at 8 a.m. sharp! And, he was so courteous, my dog was barking like mad and just took everything in stride saying he was a dog lover! And, he was fast, efficient and completely a professional! Thanks so much to Mike and his team at Greater Western Plumbing!!

Dustin and team are the most honest and high quality of any plumber I've used. My first experience was a few years ago when Greater Western came in to fix a DISASTER job that Master Blaster Plumbing left us with (M.B. ripped us off and left a freaking disaster in our finished basement - huge holes in walls, entire basement covered in fine plaster dust, drooping PEX running outside of finished plaster wall, ridiculous). Greater Western re-did all of the work in copper, inside the walls, and it was magnificent. Recently I had them install a tankless water heater and again they did a great job. They are professional, clean, and completely fair and honest on the cost. We noticed that the exhaust had a natural gas (unburned) smell 11 months later and they came out under their labor warranty to adjust the combustion. Now the unit is working so well!

I had a leaky valve from my hot water line to my whole home humidifier and the unit didn’t seem to be getting water. Greater Northern Plumbing was great to deal with. I had some questions prior to the job and their scheduler was able to have a knowledgeable person call me to talk it over. The job was quick, only about 30mins. Since they bill for an hour minimum, the technician stayed and helped me troubleshoot my humidifier that still wasn’t working after we restored water to the unit. He helped me with a temporary solution and I ordered the parts for a permanent fix and will fix myself. Wonderful experience with Greater Northern Plumbing. Will definitely call them again for future plumbing needs.

Got estimates from big box stores, they sent contractors to inspect and give an estimate. Felt like I was at the used car lot being sold a Cadillac. Called a trusted mechanical company and was referred to Great Western. Called to schedule an appointment and was treated like a real person not a sale. They gave me a reasonable quote, hundreds less than the box store contractor for a commercial grade heater. James came the next day and installed the water heater without a hitch and at the quoted price. Again I was treated like a real person with respect and honesty. I have already scheduled more work with them to do. Can’t say enough nice things about Great Western.

Amazing service! I tried to turn on my sprinkler system for Spring and discovered a crack in the backflow preventer system. Called Greater Western Plumbing and left a message. Mike, one of the owners, called me back right away. I explained what the problem was and he knew exactly what was needed. I was able to make an appointment 5 days later. When I showed the technician the broken pipe, he told me exactly what needed to be done and the cost. No surprises. No add-ons. He finished the job promptly and it looks beautiful. I cannot say enough good things about the work that was done. I will use Greater Western Plumbing again the next time I need plumbing work.

I called in first thing on a Monday morning after a few days of a severe cold weather front. They answered right away and said they could send someone the same day. I had already called a few companies and no one else could get me in same day. They actually came to fix a frozen pipe before a few companies even called me back to schedule an appointment. Justin was on time, was respectful about wearing booties over his shoes inside, and fixed a frozen pipe on the outside of my home. It was a fairly easy fix, and didn't even charge me for his work! I was very impressed with my experience with Greater Western Plumbing, and will use them again in the future.

Great Western Plumbing was able to provide same day service after our water heater failed. My call was promptly answered, all questions were answered, and I was provided total cost of project up front. The technician arrived within two hours of call with our new heater. The install took approximately 3 1/2 hours. Technician was courteous and kept the work area clean. All systems were checked before his departure. I would highly recommend Great Western Plumbing based on my experience. I will definitely use them for any future problems that may arise.

Woke up to a broken water heater and a flooded basement floor. Bummer. Called up Greater Western Plumbing at the suggestion of a friend and had a new water heater installed within 3 hours, on a Saturday no less. Could not ask for better service. Provided expert advice on picking out a new water heater and had the entire process explained to me in detail. You will be hard pressed to find better service and a better price anywhere else, and on top of it, these guys know what they are doing. I highly recommend them for any plumbing needs.

I'm working on remodeling my kitchen, and needed to move my sink and my gas stove. Mike and Dusty did the work for a great price, but more importantly, they got it done right. City of Boulder inspector checked it all out, and signed off no problem. These guys really worked hard for all of eight hours to get us all set up with our stove connected and sink ready to be connected, as soon as the inspector came out. Thanks to them, we were only without our kitchen for one day. I highly recommend Greater Western Plumbing.
