Our water heater failed and Jerry was quick to respond with a fair quote. He was able to install a new water heater within the same night and in a very timely manner. He was professional and knowledgeable. We will definitely call Jerry again for all our plumbing needs!

Amazing experience with Grayson Plumbing! We got new flooring installed and needed to replace a toilet and a pedestal sink; fairly routine. However, when we closed the water supply lines in order to remove the old items, the water kept dripping, which caused us to have to close the water supply to the whole house until we could figure out what to do. This was on a Saturday and we had scheduled an appointment with Jerry for Tuesday to install our items. Too many days without water! There was no way we could do that. We contacted Jerry and he was on it. He came as soon as he could on Sunday, got the problem fixed, and we were able to get our water back on. Imagine our surprise when he offered to go ahead and install the toilet and the pedestal sink (which was more complicated than we thought) while he was there! On a Sunday and after a last minute call! Customer service like this is extremely hard to find and, when you find someone like Jerry, with many years of experience, lots of glowing reviews and a strong work ethic, you become a customer for life. Thanks to Jerry and to Grayson Plumbing for an amazing experience. We will definitely contact them for our future plumbing needs and won't hesitate to recommend them to our friends and family!

We called Grayson Plumbing and spoke to Jerry about some ongoing water pressure issues we have been having. After a follow-up phone call, Jerry arranged to come by that same evening and switched out our water pressure regulator, which fixed an annoying problem we have been having for more than a year. Jerry was prompt and helpful, and his rate was less than research had led me to believe the fix would cost. I have nothing but good things to say! Definitely recommend!

Jerry answered our call in the middle of the night! No other company could do that for us. He quoted us over the phone and that’s what he charged us. He was super friendly and nice about it even though it was really late!!! (And raining)...He fixed our plumbing problem quickly. We will not forget how he helped us despite all of that.
