Brandon and Chris installed the toilet and sink in the basement bathroom and have performed previous work in the basement, as well as did the estimate for this job. I have come the trust and respect the work that these guys do and asked for them by name for this work. The people at Grateful Plumber really went the extra mile to help. I will use them again in the future and recommend them to my family and friends. I initially contacted Grateful Plumber to get a pump installed in an existing ejector pit and connecting the water and drain to a utility sink in the basement. I was able to get this work scheduled in less than a week from receiving an estimate. The guys (Brandon and Chris) who came out to work up the estimate brought to my attention that with a part of the basement finished and a lot of other positions in the basement I might want to consider putting a DC backup pump in the sump pit. They also noticed that the drain from the water softener going to the sump wasn't right and found the correct place that had been previously roughed in. As they were installing the ejector pump, rerouting the softener drain, and connecting the utility sink, I asked the guys if they could work up an estimate for the DC backup pump installation. I was given a ballpark estimate in a short period of time. While the guys were at lunch, the owner (Adam) gave me a call to confirm my desire to have the DC backup pump installed. Then he proceeded to talk me through the installation options so that I could make an informed decision and then gave me the cost for the installation. Then Adam indicated that the guys could install the DC backup pump the same day. I was thrilled to find out that this additional scope of work could be done the same day! Now I don't have to worry about water damaging the items in the basement. The cost of the installation is cheap insurance to have this peace of mind. This is the best customer service that I have ever received.

All we needed was a left-handed monkey wrench!! My sump pump fried itself on Monday night and my sump pit was getting ready to overflow. I called Grateful Plumber and they had a crew here the same day and actually about an hour earlier than expected. Christian was very professional and had a replacement pump installed and running within a half an hour. I would highly recommend this company to anyone that has any plumbing issues, and I will only be using them from now on. Great taste in music and better professionalism and punctuality.

Great guys, I didn't catch everyone's name but Brandon was main contact and was pleasant and honest. I shopped around to bigger name company's and was quoted a lot more than I feel was right. Grateful plumber came in told me what was necessary to fix and didn't indulge my ignorance for plumbing just to upsell me. They didn't lowball the competition in the quote, they charged an honest price for honest work. I didn't understand the name of the company until the work was done and they'd left.
