First time using Grassroots Plumbing but will not be the last for sure. From the initial call to the completion of the two projects, Grassroots Plumbing's staff and plumbers were outstanding. We needed to move our grill's gas line from one side of the patio to the other side, involving trenching around the patio and having the new end to be able to be placed in a new concrete pad when poured. Matthew and Taylor were so polite, friendly, meticulous and respectful of our property, down to the small stones that we had along the other side of the patio for improved drainage. They removed all of the stones and when done with the trench work, they carefully put all of the stones back in place. Our tankless water heater was also flushed out while they were here. Grassroots Plumbing prices were very competitive on top of this great service. Simply very impressed with the entire organization. Their culture and service are world class. I highly recommend that you give them a try for any plumbing need that you might have.

I had a great experience with grassroots plumbing company. Landon arrived on time, was professional and courteous, and clearly explained what needed to be done. The work was completed efficiently and the issue was fixed properly. Everything was left clean and in good shape when he finished. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone needing reliable plumbing services.

I have hired Grassroots to help me with two projects and have been blown away by the craftsmanship and support of all. Byron and Maddox were the technicians who completed my most recent project. They ensured I felt comfortable with the work and provided a detailed walk thru of hat was needed, why, and a detailed recap at the end. Jacob was incredibly helpful with setting up the appointment and ensured that my project was addressed quickly and with incredible professionalism. Highly recommend hiring grassroots for all your plumbing needs and repairs!

My experience was awful. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY. THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF. I used them to replace my toilet water shut off valve that took less than 10 minutes and they didn't even replace the whole valve, because Grant (plumber) said it was a tight space for him to do the work. What a crock of shit. This company charged me $363 USD. Mind you, it wasn't even an emergency. After I thought about it...Stupid me for using them. Please don't use this company any business and get a price up front. As they won't even give you a break down of their charges. Use another plumbing company.

!!Customer BEWARE!! !!Price GOUGING company!!! I was charged $864.26 to replace fill valve & flapper for 2 toilets And $357.15 to replace fill valve on 3rd toilet Additionally $85. to put a customer purchased new toilet seat on one toilet! Parts were maybe a total of $100. and I was charged over $1300.! I was completely taken advantage of. I’m not sure how you could charge me $1200. in labor costs and be ok with operating a business by price gouging a customer especially in the midst of a major home repair. Shameful, I’m so sickened by this company! I am hoping that by posting this I can at least warn any other potential customers, especially women! ****************************************************************** You had over a year to follow through with a partial refund along with sending me a complete invoice with a breakdown of parts/labor, per our conversation. My values are based in good morals, ethics, honesty, and integrity. Grassroots Plumbing has proven that they do not share these morals and ethics.

I recently called Grassroots Plumbing for a blockage in the drain line between the cleanout in my front yard and the municipal sewer connection. From the beginning, the experience was professional. The office staff was courteous and scheduling was easy. The plumbers arrived exactly on time in a clean, professional-looking service vehicle. The plumber in charge was friendly, clean-cut, and clearly knowledgeable. I felt confident I had called the right company! Service is important to me, and so far the service had been excellent. After I explained the issue, he quoted $1,500 for the work, explaining that it included up to two hours of labor and would be less if it took less time. I was shocked at the price, but given that my sewer had been unusable for three days, I agreed. They set up the drain snake and the blockage was cleared in about 10 minutes. The plumber mentioned that it was much easier than he expected and that this would save me money. They then ran a camera through the line and spent additional time inspecting the drain, much of it extending into the municipal side of the sewer beyond the portion for which I am responsible. In total, they were on site for around two hours. He then told me it would in fact be the full $1500 because it took 2 hours. While the invoice was being prepared, I pulled up an invoice on my phone from a coworker who had nearly identical work performed just four months ago for $625 ($450 for snaking and $175 for a camera inspection). I showed this to the plumber while we were still standing in my front yard waiting on the final bill. To his credit, he acknowledged the pricing difference and reduced my bill to $1,200, which I appreciated. However, even at the reduced rate, the experience left me feeling taken advantage of. I don’t feel the final charge reflects the actual time or difficulty required to clear the blockage, especially after being told it would likely cost less if the work turned out to be straightforward. In this case, the clog was very straight forward and cleared within minutes, which made the total cost feel disproportionate to the service required. I didn't need him to run a scope through the city sewer (at one point he was looking in the city's 6" cleanout behind my backyard). Therefore my feelings about the experience are mixed. The professionalism, communication, and quality of work were excellent. I have no complaints about the technician personally. But the pricing made me feel taken advantage of during a vulnerable situation. Grassroots Plumbing provides premium service at a premium price. The people are great. The cost, however, is not, and I cannot afford using them again despite wanting to. Had the price been more in line with what I expected (~$700), I would have been so excited to give them 5 stars, and would recommend them every chance I get.

Another wonderful job done by Grassroots! I have used them before, so I know what a careful company this is. You can rely on them to respond when you call regarding a problem. This time I had a hot water heater leak. And they were out the next day to give me an estimate. As usual, I have no problem with them. Hearing what my needs are I. Was leaning towards having a tankless water heater, and they'd have some questions about whether I could put it outside instead of inside. While looking thoroughly into the problem and yes, they even went under the house and inspected the pipes only to find that I did have some more damage than what I did thought. They gave me several quotes to cover the entire job or smaller areas of the job at a time. Which I thoroughly appreciated in this company, also provides assistance with financing. My project was pretty big, but they came out the next day with Multiple guys ready to help with the job. My main technician was Jamison again and he is extremely knowledgeable. 4 of their vans pulled up first thing in the morning as they said they would and begin unloading and getting to work on my project. It took two days because of the scope of the project, but they were professional and cleaned up, as well as letting me know exactly what was being done each day. I forgot to mention that the 1st day Jamison came out. He did secure the water heater so that it would not leak anymore before he got back out as well as setting up. Fans including under the house In the crawl space! I have recommended this company to co -Workers because of their professionalism and their knowledge, and this is the only company that I would like how to work on my house. Not only did they come out right away, but they came back the very next day to do the work. I appreciate the number of men that they sent to ensure my job was done quickly even though it was a very big job. They use the manpower that was needed To ensure that all of the supplies were available as well as tune. Ensure that my job was done quickly! Jamison showed me how to adjust the hot water heater, and it looks fabulous on the outside of the house and has worked wonderfully ever since they put it in. I've had no problems And I have peace of mind with this company that if anything what happens I can call them and I thoroughly trust they will stand by their work and the products that they use!

After going through many years of various faceless, Giant Corporate companies, we have found a gem. The scheduling is responsive and reasonable and the work is neat as a pin. The interactions with the scheduler were pleasant and efficient and the master plumber also reaches out ahead of the appointment to address any concerns and to get a better idea of the issues at hand. Our plumber, Matt, was timely, professional, and his work was extremely neat. He spoke to us as equals and we were able to talk through various options and what those price levels would look like. We were given a choice of the recommendations and given sound advice - but zero pressure to choose one option over another. We initially had Matt out to take care of corroded drain pipe that was leaking water from our tub, he took out all the old galvanized pipe and replaced it - neatly - with new pvc. he also did an inspection of our plumbing as part of the membership perks and even scoped out our sewer line - where he was the first plumber to do so! After scoping the line he found root intrusion - which left un addressed could wreak havoc on the sewer line and cause sewage to back up into the home. After running through our options, we ended up replacing the line. The quote was fair for the amount of work that needed to be done - they even had to jack hammer through the bedrock in the yard to seat the new line - which they guarantee now - and even installed a pressure relief valve so if there is ever a backup or issue it will not enter the home, but release outside. Great, local, and professional. So glad to have found a quality small business to support that treats you right.

I contacted Grassroots Plumbing yesterday as I had water leaking from a pipe coming out of the wall next to my hot water tank. Since I don't have any schematics of my home, I wasn't positive where this pipe was coming from, although I had an idea. I spoke with a gentleman on the phone and he was very nice. I explained the situation and he told me that Nikolas would be at my home the next day between 1200-1400. Nikolas arrived a few minutes before 1200 today and was awesome! I showed him the issue and what I thought what the problem was and I was only half correct. He tested the pressure and it was extremely high and then he explained everything to me. We talked about options from a tankless system to a regular hot water tank and the pros/cons. He was very thorough and spent the time answering my questions! After I decided on replacing the entire tank system with a new one, he explained how long it would take and began doing the work immediately. Once the tank was installed, he checked the pressure and water to ensure it was heating up and afterwards, he explained the system and warranty. Nikolas did a fantastic job all around. From greeting to explaining everything to the installation! If you ever need work done, Nikolas is the guy to hire! To the Grassroots Plumbing owner, you all need to give Nikolas a good bonus!! Great job and thank you very much!!

I contacted Grassroots after a few neighbors used them and recommended their service. My water heater went out and I was easily able to book online for next day service, but it was pretty late in the afternoon. Jacob called me first thing in the morning and discussed my issue and was able to move things around to get a plumber to my house first thing in the morning. Byron was assigned to my job. He was very professional, clearly a master plumber, and was very transparent about everything that needed to happen to get me squared away. We found out my water heater was under warranty (3 months to go) and Byron helped get it approved to be swapped out, which reduced the overall cost of the job. I also had a question about another plumbing job. Byron could have easily overcharged me and performed the work I asked for, but instead, he came up with a better idea that would be overall safer and would cost much less to do and still achieve the outcome I was looking for. I was going out of town that morning, but Byron stayed late and got the job done with superb skill. Grassroots will definitely be my go-to plumbers moving forward!

When we first moved into our new home, we had some work to do and reached out to different local companies to get 3 estimates. Matthew met us and walked us through different scenarios and cost. He was incredibly personable and knowledgeable on the exact solutions we needed. We ended up going with the most expensive quote just because it hit everything and gave us peace of mind. The day of work, Matthew and another person came over to install the hot water heater, replace plumbing, reinforce plumbing, install a garbage disposal, and replace an old pressure release valve. They were quick, cleaned up afterwards and just really great guys. I can't recommend Matthew and grassroots plumbing enough! Recently he came out again to look at our water meter that appeared to be leaking. Truly so knowledgeable and easy to communicate with - we've found our plumber! Website is very user friendly to book an appointment. Almost everything is done online so no paperwork! We also had the option to do a loan through a third party lender which made it really easy.

Excellent experience! Matthew and Joseph came to my house to give me a quote on a couple of toilets I was looking to replace and it was such a nice experience. They were super personable, thoughtful, took the time to explain things and teach me some concepts I wasn't aware of. They offered to look at a few other things in my house while they were here. It is rare to have people go above and beyond to such a degree. It's for sure a premium service and I can tell the work will be in good hands. Editing to add even more praise after some more recent work I got done in July 2025. Many props to Matthew and Landon who were excellent. I absolutely love working with Grassroots Plumbing. They are so honest, knowledgeable, friendly, patient - from the phone representatives to the service experts - and they make everything a breeze. I have full trust that the work will be done well and that they will go above and beyond to rectify anything that is less than great. I highly recommend Grassroots to anyone I talk to about plumbing!

I came home from Florida to a flooded downstairs bathroom with sewage water. I was so upset. I called around And looked at Google and yelp reviews I was shocked at almost a perfect score for Grassroots Plumbing. I wondered how that was possible until I talked to them I have never dealt with friendlier more professional, and kinder people than in this organization. I first reached Ashley in the office to get help She put me at such ease and was just remarkable! Caleb showed up the next business day and was like an angel from heaven. I never met a more positive, professional young man with more integrity and a stronger work ethic I actually liked him way more than I do my own sons and wanted to adopt him!! He was beyond polite and so hard-working and resolved my issue in a few hours! I will never go anywhere again, except this company as long as I know Caleb and Ashley work here. Several notes about this contractor. 1. Professionals. These guys know what they are doing. They come, evaluate, quote and then execute according to the quote (sounds straightforward ? - how many times have we started at a number and finished at a totally different number? Not with these guys. 2. They have all the tooling and material. You will not see them start a job and then run out of material and go to buy more. This saves time on a project. 3. The are not cheap, but the price is reasonable and when compared to quality received it covers the extra by far. 4. I have replaced a water heater couple of years ago and had no issues whatsoever. Last week called them back to make a few upgrades on my water system, including adding a water line to a second fridge. All was done in one day, neat, clean, no leaks, even the sheetrock was re-attached. Conclusion: Highly Recommended.

If I could give Grassroots Plumbing 10 stars I would! Everyone I came in contact with was professional, kind, and went out of their way to accommodate me to the best of their ability. I had a labor intensive repair, putting in a new water line that burst from the house to the cut off valve at the street. Even though it was one of the hottest days we've had; I was worried they would have a heat stroke, but they completed the job There was no damage to my yard, only in the gravel around the connection. In addition I had a hot water heater installed. All of the cutoff valves were put in the garage where the heater is located and I was given a detailed explanation of the valves, how to set the temperature, and how the pilot works. I highly recommend Grassroots for any of your plumbing needs. I do not have any personal connection to anyone in the company.
