Called Grand Slam with some questions I had concerning my water heater. Brittany was extremely helpful. Going above and beyond to get me the information I needed. She called me back immediately, even went as for as to txt me the information. We will definitely will be doing business with them. Honest, responsive, helpful, courteous. You really couldn’t ask for more.
The customer service was outstanding all the way around. The service was perfection. They even broke down every step of the process and cleaned the work area. They really got me out of a bind at my shop in Webster. Highly recommend using this company. Great People
We had an issue with our water heater last weekend. I am so glad we called Grand Slam Plumbing. They were wonderful to work with and were able to come out quickly. Justin did such a great job. He explained everything he was doing and why. He is professional, kind, friendly and fast! And when he left, we had a new water heater, but no other evidence he had been there. He was neat and made sure everything was put back in place. We will definitely be using Grand Slam Plumbing again. Hopefully next time, it won’t be emergency circumstances!
I highly recommend Grand Slam Plumbing. My experience was Great as well in the past! Had 3 toilets replaced and took approximately 3 hours. Cameron kept me in the loop of the progress and made sure I was satisfied. Every bathroom was spotless when they left. Thank you Cameron and Richard and Brittany was so helpful in scheduling the work.
Justin showed up on time. Very nice and professional he answered all my questions and concerns. Replaced my garage disposal with no issues. The price was very reasonable. I will definitely use Grand Slam Plumbing again
