Call was answered courteously and Mike c and Caesar arrived early Monday and fixed the problem. They were very courteous and professional and quickly completed the job and cleaned up the area. I have used GSP many times and highly recommend them.
A few weeks ago we had two technicians, Caesar and Kevin, come out to check a leak and install an outdoor spigot at our house. They were friendly, communicative, and did excellent work. We’ll definitely call Graham Simon for any future plumbing needs and hope to get Caesar or Kevin again.
These guys were phenomenal! I emailed them on a Sunday morning and a lady got back with me within an hour. She’s scheduled a technician for the next day. He was there at 7:30, diagnosed the problem, called me and ordered the part and was back on Thursday and fixed it. I was out of town the whole time and I paid for the services over the phone. By the time I got back in town, my furnace was fixed. These guys are the best!
Beware. Called twice within a 6 month period. First call a tech came out. Was told he was going to write up an estimate and send it to me. I was told I had to pay 50 up front for this tech to show up, he walked the property, got in his van and drove off never heard from him again. Next time was told to contact another company,
I had a new hot water tank and kitchen sink and faucet installed. I was very pleased with the quality of work. The plumbers were very professional, knew what to do and completed the job.
