I got a panicked call from my wife at 2:15 one afternoon that we had a leaking pipe. I rushed home and got the water shut off and called Graham's right away as they had replaced a faucet for me a few years ago and I was pleased with the work. I didn't expect to be able to get someone there until the following day, but Sam sent Adam within an hour of my call. He quickly located the problem and went to work to solve it. A couple of hours later, we were back in business. The quick service and quality of work were excellent, as was the price, and we were very thankful that we did not have to go without water overnight. I highly recommend Graham's for your plumbing needs. Thanks guys!!

Had Graham’s Plumbing out today to replace a shower valve. Adam did an outstanding job! Graham’s was half the price another company had quoted me. Not only that, their price included suppling and installing an access panel where they had to open the drywall, the other company did not offer this service. I think I’ve found a new plumber!

Adam did an amazing job, friendly and knowledgeable. He didn't boast or brag, he just did what he was there for and answered any questions I had! Reasonable pricing! Thank you Graham Plumbing I will recommend you to family and friends!

Overpriced and under delivered. I paid 275 dollars for incomplete work. I requested a quick connect installed for my generator to prepare for the winter storm. They came and ONLY installed a shut off valve. When I called them to tell them I’m dissatisfied with the work. I was told I would have to complete the rest of the work myself. Wasted nearly $300 for just a shut off valve. Even the invoice was half done. Would not recommend this company or Adam, the serviceman that came to my home.

Graham’s Plumbing truck pulled right out in front of me and nearly wrecked my car. Don’t use this company. They don’t respect people.

Called to get an estimate on replacing master and guest bathroom sinks. I was not asked what kind of piping I had in my house, so plumber had to go get additional supplies. I don't mind the delay in getting the job done, but what I do mind is getting charged drive time to get supplies when you should have everything you need on hand. Plumber was gone for 2 hours and said he ran into 2 accidents. Ring camera shows plumbers physically present at my house from 915a-1130a and 115p-340p, a total of 4.67 hours. At $175/hr this job should have cost me a little over $800, but instead I was charged $1,138. When I balked at paying drive time this was lowered to $1,050, so I still paid over $200 for plumbers to sit in traffic. I didn't have the correct side pieces for the sinks either which is on me, but plumbers did not have any supplies to fix damage to wall. Seems like if you're going to be doing work that requires prying things off drywall, you'd want to have supplies on hand to fix drywall if needed. Sinks work fine and other than wall damage install looks good, but I've been left with a poor opinion of Graham's after this experience. I've still got a lot of work to do myself to get bathrooms back to prior condition.

Plumbing issues I've had a few, to say the least, but Graham's plumbing has not only taken care of each problem, but also has gone above and beyond. What first began as a simple estimate call about an MSD back flow valve, soon turned into a request for an estimate on a new water heater. I so appreciated Sam's no-nonsense and forthright explanation of pricing and procedure that I did have them install a new water heater over the summer. Only a few short months later, my downstairs shower diverter finally gave up the ghost. Again, Graham's plumbing to the rescue not once, but twice when the newly installed valve died because of a manufacturing defect. Graham's plumbing replaced the defective valve with another new one, which involved more labor than the first time. Furthermore, as a working family, Graham's Plumbing worked around our schedule versus forcing us to work around their schedule, which is amazing given the fact that most people do not have the luxury of being able to leave work to meet someone at the house. Trustworthy plumbers are not a dime a dozen. I'm glad to have found a company that is just that and more.

Worst customer service and so unprofessional. Don't choose them if you want dependability. Sam Graham gave us an estimate and told us to call when we had fixtures in hand and ready to start. Super nice up front but when I called he acted as if I was a complete bother for making his phone ring. I explained who I was and that he had met my husband at a job for an estimate. I explained we were asked to call when we could schedule. He did not respond. Silence. I said hello? He said "yeah? So what's your question? I told him again my name and so on. It had only been a few days between the estimate and the call. He said "do you have a job name? I said no but gave him my last name again. He finally put my last name with my husbands and remembered. He said "Oh ok. I'm just overwhelmed right now" i said me too, I can tell. He got angry and said "Yeah, I can tell! You know what? Just find someone else to do it! " and hung up on me! Wow!

Graham Plumbing is reliable, friendly, and trustworthy. I manage a high volume restaurant housed within a building constructed in the 1890s. The inner workings of the building are a real patchwork. Needless to say, we experience many unexpected plumbing issues and we don't have the luxury to wait for them to be addressed. Sam and his team are always prompt, informative, minimally intrusive, and extremely courteous. They are quick, but thorough, and are always sure to go over what the different options are for whatever the current issue may be. In my job, I deal with a lot of vendors and contractors, and I can say without any hesitation that Graham's Plumbing is the easiest company to work with. Prompt, professional, courteous, and reasonably priced. I have also used Graham's Plumbing for work on my home, and the results and care were just as impressive. I would highly recommend to anyone, commercial or residential.

Recently I called Graham's Plumbing to replace some drain piping to a bathroom sink on the second floor that would not drain. I was prepared for him to cut out the ceiling below, but he was able to clear it with just a snake! The particular plumber I dealt with was named Nick, and he was very professional and called me to explain what he did. I was very relieved to not have to deal with all the plaster repairs since he already fixed it. In the past, I asked Graham's to clear the main sewer line to my house. Sam came into the basement and noted that he would have to drag a drain cleaning machine into the crawl space, which would be just as expensive as installing a cleanout behind my house. He installed the cleanout, which makes it much easier to clear anytime the line gets clogged up. His price was very fair as well. They are always my first call for any plumbing problems.

Worked performed: We had our entire home re-plumbed with Pex piping. Our home is roughly 120 years old. The home includes three stories including a basement and four full bathrooms. The work was completed in four business days. Total cost for work performed $4820. Work was performed by two employees who were very professional. My husband I and both work from home and were not bothered by having the workmen in the home. The plumbers cut out very limited amount of drywall to get the work accomplished and left virtually no mess. Every day the plumbers would lay down plastic and cover necessary areas and then at the end of every day the plumbers would sweep up any debris. Very satisfied with the work performed. Have since used Graham’s plumbing for other unrelated house calls.

Been living in my apartment for about five years now. Was having a few issues and told the landlord. He informed me that Graham Plumbing would be over the next day between 830 or 9am. At around 820am, the plumber called me and informed me he would be there shortly. He arrived about 5 minutes later. That was good sign number 1, as he was not only on time, but early. When I answered the door, he introduced himself and offered a handshake. Very professional. Since I work nights, I asked him could he fix the toilet in my bathroom first, as I would be headed to sleep once he finished. He said no problem and did so. In all, he replaced two toilets and a sink in around two hours. I had no issue sleeping even while he fixed the other bathroom. Awesome job. Awesome company.

Horrible. Rude and unprofessional staff. I called them to fix a problem with my washer. I went to use my washer several days later and it wouldn't work. I called and they said it was "not their problem." I wrote a negative review about them and hired someone else who fixed the problem immediately. Graham's Plumbing responded to my review by sending me abusive and harassing messages on facebook and making repeated harassing phone calls (I finally was able to black them on facebook and block all the numbers they were calling from). I now feel unsafe in my own home for fear that they will come by and harass me or worse. In summation, if you value your safety, do not call Graham's Plumbing.

I don't write a lot of reviews on Yelp but they did such a good job I thought I'd help others find a good plumber here in Louisville. I had what can only be described as a plumbing catastrophe that I didn't see how it could be fixed. Called up Graham's and they were there same day within a couple of hours. They had my problem fixed within a couple of hours and described in detail how it happened and how it could be prevented again. These were two really incredibly nice, good humored guys who were definitely on the genius level. I was amazed at the price. I thought it would've been at least twice what they charged me. I won't be calling anyone else in the future.

Good work and fair prices. I wanted the old fixtures changed on my shower and tub, and Sam said it was going to be fairly expensive, because I'd need to re-tile where they had to remove the tile to put in the new fixtures. Then he called back and had found some larger plates that would cover the openings left by the old fixtures, which meant I wouldn't need to get someone to re-tile the areas. That was great news and the plates and fixtures look great. I'm really pleased. He's done other work in the kitchen, since then that I am also happy with. Whenever I need plumbing done, I call Graham's Plumbing.
