I had the pleasure of working with Savannah. She was incredibly kind and patient while describing things to me. My issue, I thought to be minor ended up being a little more than I expected. Savannah offered options to help find a quick solution for our family. Thank you so much, Savannah!

Very professional, showed up the day I called, and did great work. They Installed a garbage disposal, ran a water line for my refrigerator, and fixed the drainage piping that was preventing my kitchen sink from draining.

I had a really good experience. Had two different leaks and a shut off that wasn't working so I had to shut off the main to the entire house. Called on a Sunday evening and they came out first thing in the morning to inspect and then came back later in the day to fix. Savannah and young Thom were a pleasure to work with. Savannah was very personable and was able to relate to us in different ways in our personal lives outside of just plumbing issues. They had that good small business feel that is much appreciated. I would definitely recommend.

Snaked sewer drain and replaced sump pump. Super friendly and worked quickly while they were here. They said they got all of the tree roots, however two days later they had to come back out with a camera to find that there were more roots in the pipeline. They charged me twice when the problem should have been taken care of the first time. No invoice was given at the time of either service. I have asked for an invoice several times since the repair and keep getting the run around.

Thomas installed a boiler for my parents that had a 12 year warranty. The equipmemt was meant to have an auto fill feature. Thomas was expected to install that properly. He did not. That ruined the equipment and voided the warranty. He hasn't answered a call from my parents to resolve the issue since this occurred. It will cost us 10s of thousands of dollars to buy a new one. They've tried to contact him repeatedly for over a YEAR!

I cannot be any more grateful to this company when we had a very terrible situation happen at a property. The whole basement was flooded about 5 inches. I called and spoke to Savannah who dropped everything that she was doing on New Year’s Eve and went to the property 42 minutes later along with her son Thomas. They started working immediately, and the issue was resolved and handled shortly after that. With her knowledge and work ethic, she was able to tell me how the plumbing was not up to code and she knew that we needed further work to be done. The customer service was fabulous, The price was amazing and I am just truly grateful for her time in this matter. I 1000% would recommend this company to anyone !!! I highly recommend Tom Graff for any of your plumbing needs. When we had Tom Graff out to replace our water heater in 2010, he was very prompt, professional, knowledgeable and fair priced. In Winter 2013 we had him come out to look at our leaking furnace. He came out the same day and offered to fix the problem himself, but also suggested that since we were having waterproofing done the following week, that the waterproofers could also solve the problem, which is what we ended up doing. That willingness to give up the work in favor of what was best for us saved us several hundred dollars and guaranteed that we will always call him first when faced with other plumbing concerns in the future.

Tom and his team are artists and life savers!! We live in an 1885 home with its original plumbing which was installed over 100 years ago. A portion of the pipes from our upstairs toilet burst and had been leaking into the closet below (one we don’t often use). We were lucky to find it when we did. Tom came quickly to assess the situation and come up with a game plan. Yesterday he and his team arrived and began their work, efficiently removed the old system and then designing and installing the new one. The craftsmanship is amazing! We couldn’t be more pleased with the results. Our family highly recommends Graff Plumbing!

We had a great experience with Graff’s Plumbing! I called and spoke with Savanah, and she was very nice, helpful, and easy to work with. Thom came out the very next day to fix our leaky shower head and did an amazing job. You can really tell this is a nice family-run business that cares about their customers. Honest pricing and excellent service — it was just an overall great experience working with them! They also let me know they offer AC and furnace servicing, and I definitely plan to schedule with them again for that in the future. Highly recommend!

Huge shout out to Graff Plumbing for coming to our rescue today to repair our kitchen sink. After getting bad news from 4 different plumbing companies (the earliest anyone could come was the 18th of this month!), Thom Graff and Savannah came within 24 hours of calling them to make the repair. They were both professional and speedy in getting us back up and running and we can not be more appreciative of their services. Graff Plumbing will be our go to company for all our future needs for sure!

Best experience with a contractor, ever. We had a bit of work done, that we were not overly familiar with. Thom and his son were extremely helpful and patient through the process. They showed us what was wrong, rather than just telling us. We had questions, and they answered everything thoroughly honestly. They provided us options to make the best decisions possible for us. Amazing!! We had out waste valve break meaning it needed shut off at the street and we were without water! With a very busy house with lots of people and animals that is not ideal. They fit us in to give us a quote day one, and they quoted us hundreds cheaper than other local plumbers. And got us back up and running the next day! We appreciate everything you did for us! 1000% would use again and recommend!

Our drain backed up on Thanksgiving evening. I left a message and Tom Graf responded within a couple hours. We made an appointment for the following day and he quoted prices on the phone. On Friday, he and his help showed up on time and resolved our issue at the price quoted. Quality and professional service at very reasonable prices. We had a great experience with Tom. He came out the same day to fix a leak in our laundry room and was also kind enough to help with a last-minute bathroom issue while he was here. He was professional, friendly, and explained everything clearly. The pricing was very reasonable, and the quality of the work was excellent.
