Goose Creek Heating & Air (+ Plumbing)

Chris and Jayden were great. Came out within a couple of hours and stayed until the job was complete. First time needing a plumber in Summerville and they didn't disappoint. Highly recommend and will call them if needed for any other plumbing needs.

We used Goose Creek Heating & Air to replace our entire HVAC system, both inside and outside units. They were phenomenal. Very professional and friendly. Reasonable price. Quick turnaround time. They explained everything thoroughly before they left. They will do a followup quality control visit in the next few days to make sure there are no leaks or other problems. And I’m happy that the first 2 preventative maintenance visits for the first year are free. Extremely satisfied with both the work and the overall experience.

We had several companies give us quotes to replace the equipment in our home. We ended up going with Goose Creek as their price was way more reasonable than the others we received. Workers were very neat and efficient. Upstairs system was replaced completely including the ductwork. The first floor was equipment only. Both were up and running in only a couple of days. Would definitely recommend Goose Creek Heating and Air.

During my initial search for an AC/heating repair company, I reached out to 3 different places but never heard back. Shortly after contacting y'all, I received an email for what needed to be repaired/replaced. A HVAC tech was here the next morning to give us an estimate. We decided to go with repairing the issues. Yesterday, the HVAC repairman came to our place and was super polite and very professional. As a woman who was home alone, I felt very safe around him. He was very thorough in his explanation of what the issues were when he found them. He did a lot of testing to make sure that the unit was performing as best as it could (given it's age,,lol) when he was done with the repairs. He also offered to speak to my husband about his findings as well as the steps it took to repair. The price was very reasonable, given how far out we live. They also gave us a very thorough report via email to reference if we forget about something they found. Overall, we will absolutely use them again. We would've frozen without y'all. Jon Teal and Sam Gilliland came out when I requested a quote, both were great speaking with and listened to what my needs were. They were quick to get here and their initial assessment didn’t take up too much of my time. They provided several quotes and I paid what I was quoted! Braylon Mitchell and Brent Craven were extremely professional and from the looks of it, did an awesome job with the installation. They were efficient and cautious of the work space they had. I would recommend them all for any consult and installation that is needed!
