It was an enjoyable experience working with Golden Rule Plumbing through our remodeling project. They were the first contractor to disconnect the plumbing and sinks before demo could begin. After the new flooring was put in, Golden Rule Plumbing came back to reconnect the plumbing and sinks and hook up the new toilets, faucets and valves. They arrived on schedule with all the materials needed for the job and began work right away. Kyle was great in coordinating everything and Brett the Senior Master Plumber did an outstanding job with making sure and double checking everything was right. Cannot say enough nice things. Brett and his helpers were amazing and did a fantastic job. Cleaned up impeccably every afternoon. Used many drop cloths to protect the flooring from entry to bathroom. He is conscientious and professional and always on time. His work is perfection and he is very concerned that the homeowner is happy.

Everyone at the company was fast to respond and excellent at fitting me in with my tight schedule. The quoted price for a tankless upgrade was the best of 3 I received by a good margin, was the only one that stated it was the maximum price for work, and the company was the only one that respected my research and did not try to either upsell me or convince me to get something else. The plumbers were polite, fast, did a good job, and cleaned up after themselves. They found a better way to complete the work that I hadn't considered and ended up charging me less in the end as well.

Had a bit of an issue with changing the appointment time because of unexpected emergency calls, since I was under some time constraints and couldn't reschedule to another day. Golden Rule was flexible and communicative, so despite the delays I would absolutely call again. Ed and Tanner were extremely professional and pleasant to work with. They diagnosed and fixed the small leak that we had dripping down to the basement within the hour for a very reasonable price. I really appreciated the honestly, with no unexpected fees, upsells, or service contracts.

Matt & Tanner were efficient, effective and totally professional. Work was excellent! Only reason I didn't go with a 5-star review is because I had requested a ETA so I could be sure to be on site and arrange for my dog not to interfere. Unfortunately, the message I received only said that they "were in route" and they only called when they had already arrived. No big deal, but that extra step is very appreciated!
