Golden Plumbing was very helpful after another company chose not to help repair a leak in my old weird house. Quick repones and scheduling, and very helpful and professional service from Dean! Will definitely use them again for future needs and will recommend to anyone who asks!

Dean Titus was super. He and his apprentice were very knowledgeable , friendly, and efficient. The entire team, Janet, office manager and Jacob Allen were great to work with. Great service and reasonable pricing. Highly recommend.

I am absolutely going to use Golden Plumbing for our next job. The technician Jacob Allen was so sweet and extremely helpful. He and his helper not only repaired the water leak outside our home but also came in and did a quick diagnosis of another issue we are having. We look forward to having them back to get that resolved as well. Our water line needed to be repaired immediately. We didn't have time to wait because having our water off put the rest of our pipes in danger of freezing due to the cold weather. Golden plumbing came right out. The price they gave us was extremely competitive and affordable. They were out the same day and when they left we had water and we were extremely happy with the job they did.

Fraud & unauthorized use of credit card information: After hiring Golden plumbing for a plumbing job, a job that was originally estimated to be completed in 2 DAYS, we found ourselves more than 2 MONTHS later with the following conditions (see attached photos). After providing my credit card information over the phone, to submit payment in line with our agreement, weeks later I recieved two more unauthorized charges to my credit cards for $4,000. “Spence” is the supposed owner of the company and is never to be seen or heard from unless it’s about payment. This entire project was an absolute nightmare from start to unfinished. Countless hours of me having to manage this project and working with different Golden Plumbing employees every time they decided to show up. I have no problems with the employees because they were so grossly ill informed and mismanaged. This company is not registered with the Better Business Bureau, but I’ll be filing a complaint anyway. That includes the Fraud/Unauthorized use of my credit card information. My main concern at this point is potential vandalism of my property and unauthorized entry into my home. This may seem extreme but if “Spencer” is capable of fraud and destroying our home to this degree, I can only expect this situation to worsen with his involvement.

I thought i was dealing with professional but it seems the gentleman behind the phone is very defensive. Not sure why.. we pay good money out here.

On December 1st, I contacted Joe Riley, who promptly referred me to Golden Plumbing to address a significant problem: an underground leak that was consuming an alarming 13,000 extra gallons of water each month. Speed & Communication: I received a detailed estimate within the hour. Scheduling: Due to a snowstorm on the 2nd, the repair was scheduled for the following Thursday. Professionalism in Conditions: Jacob and Devon arrived right on time, despite the challenging conditions—it was only 30 degrees outside and the worksite was a muddy mess. They went straight to work without complaint. Quality of Work: They quickly and efficiently located the leak and completed the repair. The team's professionalism and outstanding communication throughout the process were truly impressive. I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again for any future plumbing needs. Highly recommended!

I was initially happy with the service Dean provided with Golden Plumbing. We had a gas leak and he was able to quickly find it and get it sorted. It wasn't cheap considering it didn't require any parts ($408), but I was happy for the peace of mind. Where things took a turn was when I had LGE come back out to turn the gas on, the technician noted that because there was a flex connector through the furnace wall that needed replacing with a rigid pipe, he had to red tag the furnace. When I called Golden to see if they could come back out (having just left an hour ago), they gave me a $450 estimate over the phone. For a small piece of pipe and something that should've been caught when they were here? No thank you. Dean was a pleasure to have in our home, but the Golden Plumbing office seems more interested in high upfront costs than retaining long-term customers.

Jordan Heibert, was the plumber that was sent to my house… came to fix a leaking faucet for my bathroom tub… when he arrived, he was shown the bathroom that has the issue (I have 2 bathrooms) and went to work right away, made sure he had all necessary supplies to complete the job, arrived at my home within the timeframe they give you, good communication skills, and the issue seems to hopefully finally be Fixed…. BETTER… the person they have answer their phones is also very nice and polite and is very helpful when it comes to scheduling plumbing appointments that can work with your needs…… and just because I didn’t rate it a 5 stars, don’t mean its not five stars…. If you know you know what I’m talking about

Living in homes that are over 100 years old around Louisville, I’ve become quite familiar with various plumbers and have found the best plumber in town. Good Plumbing did a fantastic job. Gave many different options in different price brackets to fix the problem, all of them very reasonable and affordable. They were spot-on diagnosing the problem and executing the solution. Both Ron and Tyler went over and above, very patient in explaining making a complex issue easier to understand. Very upstanding employees anyone would feel comfortable welcoming into their home. On time and going over and above with service and doing more than what was quoted and not charging. I can’t recommend them more highly.

I called yesterday to get a quote on a gas leak, they had an appointment the next day . Jordan H. came out and was very informative on the issue , I was quoted about 1180 to fixed the issue from a different company . Golden plumbing was able to fix the issue for 4.5x LESS than the other company . I am a very satisfied customer and will be using Golden plumbing for any future needs . UPDATE:So they had to come out two more times and we finally got the issue fixed , in total I spent less the half of the original quote for solving all three issue and times they had to come out . Definitely recommend this company.Honest, upfront and great customer service.

You know, they had a good vibe. They came in. They got the job done and they used the magic words “we don’t want you to pay too much for this. Let’s check and make sure it’s not something cheaper” I know some of you are probably concerned about this, so you need to know I didn’t get an “ick.” You also probably need to know, a geriatric Chihuahua Rescue was cool with them being in the house. I trust them in my house. Perhaps more important, the dog trusted them. oh, and on top of all of that, they actually got me in at a reasonable time and they showed up early! Like for real, I can see why they have high reviews.

I want to give kiddos to Golden Plumbing. I have had to use a few different repair companies in the past and Golden Plumbing has surpassed them all by miles. Not only did they communicate everything going on but did so in the nicest way. And I want to give a special thanks to my technician Dean Titus. He was punctual, very professional, and all around nice guy. He explained everything he was doing and why. I would trust him with my whole house. He is definitely the type of employee you want to represent your company. I will recommend them to anyone needing plumbing work!

Jacob Allen came out for my service appointment for a clogged drain. They were earlier (not a complaint) than expected, knocked out the work, and we're out the door in under an hour. He was well spoken, up front, and honest. Which was appreciated. The 4 stars is more so about the price rather than the service, seriously Jacob was great, I would have rather done 4 1/2 stars tbh. While I get that some people probably enjoy having 3 options given to them, I simply wanted the drain taken care of and did not need to hear about 3-4 thousand dollar projects.

Jordan did a great job. Had a horrible experience with United Plumbing and had to get another plumber to fix our problem. What was told to me by United was it was an all day or half day two man repair, Jordan got completed in 15 minutes. That doesn’t include the time to get the parts because the information was not correct from United. But over all I was very happy with it being fixed, the information he gave me and he addressed all my concerns. Jordan gets an A+ and 5 stars.

I recently had my son’s toilet fixed by Golden Plumbing and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Booking was quick and hassle free and I was even able to move up my appointment when an earlier spot opened. super convenient! The plumber who came out was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and efficient. My family is very pleased with the service, and it's clear to us that Golden Plumbing will be our go to for any future plumbing needs. Highly recommend!
