Great experience all the way around. The guys that came out were fantastic; professional, friendly and knowledgeable. The job entailed cutting into our foundation slab and repairing a leaking waterline. Price was reasonable and they started the very next day. Very pleased and will use this company for any future plumbing needs I can’t handle myself. Great job Gold Star Plumbing!

Clay Komos did an amazing job at diagnosing and repairing our circulator pump for our home water system. Once we received the parts needed for the repair, Clay was able to able to schedule the installation within two business days. He was knowledgeable and explained what the issues were with our old circulator pump. He was also very friendly with me and my kiddos! Would highly recommend Gold Star Plumbing!

I cannot even begin to explain how much Clay went above and beyond. He was so professional and easy to work with. It truly is refreshing communicating with such a stand-up guy. He had all of our issues resolved quickly. I absolutely recommend Gold Star Plumbing!!!

We called them since they were a local company. We recieved a bill for service that was not fully completed. We feel cheated and taken advantage of. They said parts were replaced, but in fact, they were not. I would not recommend them. I called to let them know and was told a manager would reach out to me with no response yet. The invoice they gave me has multiple spelling errors and is very unprofessional.

got a price quote , for a repair of a leak sewer line, think it was way over priced Vince insisted to use a crawler to remove a tree and dig a hole on where the work would be done... but the price did not include the haul away of the tree.. and using a crawler could also damage the water spouts in which is very close by.. could not risk that.. plus they did hydroblast , prior which broke the downstairs toilet , thank goodness they replaced that for free, since it was their mistake .. but unfortunately, I am a little concern for any further work...

After an experience with a local plumber who couldn’t resolve an emergency that stopped us from using water or sewer in our apartment complex, inconveniencing, both, us and our tenants…we went without water and sewer from seven o’clock that morning until the following day!!! We called Gold Star the evening of the first day and immediately spoke with Ann who understood our issues completely! She scheduled us for an assessment the following morning, with actual repairs scheduled for that afternoon. On the morning of the assessment, Clay, the technician, called me before eight o’clock an said he would see me shortly, he was expedient and reflected a high level of professionalism, warmth (especially on an extremely cold an wet day), and understanding!!! From the moment he introduced himself, explained the process, provided an estimate for the possible repair, and product knowledge, we were amazingly impressed! Upon his initial inspection, Clay, also, answered all of our questions intelligently, helping us understand a variety of issues we had been dealing with. At that point, we decided to do a more thorough investigation and repair, which he said he could start immediately!!! We were ecstatic!!! Upon approval of the new estimate, he began an extremely detailed assessment using a camera and an iPad to reflect the condition of our downline, the exact location of the blockage, and the condition of our sewer-line. We were impressed by Clay’s explanation of what needed to be done, both, short-term and long term! After the explanation, he began hydro-jetting our downline, our upline, and all seven roof vents on our property, including our waste-line on our kitchen sink!!! He cleared all invasive roots, cleaned and flushed all lines, removed all blockages and then videoed the mainline. He went on to show us how thorough his expertise and equipment had left our system in pristine condition!!! He then inspected the property, put away his tools, secured all of his equipment, cleaned up all work areas completely, and walked the area with us explaining the work that had been completed. He discussed future issues needing attention, and the level and quality of repair that could be done!!! Again, we were impressed and extremely comfortable with the absolute quality and outcome Clay exhibited throughout the day until the job was done!!! We anyone could leap tall buildings, walk on water, and be faster than a speeding bullet, both, Clay and Gold Star would fit the description!!! Thank you Clay and thank you Gold Star!!! We used Gold Star Plumbing four years ago when we moved from East Mesa to Gilbert and noticed a huge difference in the quality of water. Not only did it taste bad, but it was really hard and was making my hair completely unmanageable and within a month my hair was beginning to fall out. Even though we were house poor from just moving 🤣 we researched different water filtration systems and companies and knew it was the right decision to use Gold Star. They came out right away and installed the new system including RO, and the difference was immediate. The team was very professional and wonderful to work with and they worked around our crazy small sink and devised a new system/setup that fits everything nicely. We've had to use them several times since then for maintenance, not only for our water system but our plumbing as well. They installed a new toilet and repaired another and even gave us a nice discount when they realized it was done incorrectly by somebody else. Mike, the owner, is extremely accommodating and always responds quickly to my messages as well as fitting us in his schedule. I really have zero complaints with this company and their products and services; in fact I have nothing but wonderful things to say and so I would highly recommend them to anybody who truly needs work done quickly and done correctly. Bottom line, you get what you pay for, and they are worth every penny.

Outstanding Service from Start to Finish! This was my first time needing to call a plumber in many, many years, and I was pretty panicked after my pest control company found standing water in my crawl space. I contacted Gold Star, and they were able to come out the very next day (yesterday). Michael and Andrew arrived and were absolutely incredible—thorough, polite, informative, and truly ROCK STARS. They walked me through everything, explained what they were seeing, and shared tips I know I’ll appreciate if anything ever comes up again. They completed a full inspection, offered clear recommendations, and thankfully confirmed that the issue was minor and completely fixable. They genuinely put my mind at ease, and I slept peacefully last night because of them. I’ve already told my family about Gold Star and will gladly recommend them to anyone who needs plumbing help. Their number is now saved in my phone, and they will be my first call if I ever need service again. THANK YOU SO MUCH, Gold Star! 🌟

Corbin DeLisle did an excellent and professional job of assessing our two leaky bathroom faucets and suggesting optional methods...repair vs replace. There was not much of a difference between the two so we chose replace. Much to our pleasant surprise, he mentioned one option was for Gold Star to provide and install the faucets OR we could purchase the faucets and he could come back and install them and save money. We decided to purchase them ourselves. Again much to our pleasant surprise he pulled up the website for two local hardware stores and helped us find the make and model we wanted and verified that they were in stock. I was able to get them and reschedule anothee visit with Corbin the next day for the installation, which was well done. Outside of this, Corbin gave us great explanation of all the services Gold Star provides and told us about a comprehensive annual membership package that you provide. We signed up for it.

1/5/26 Vincent and Chad came out to fix the line blockage. They showed up excatly when they said they would. They were friendly and professional, got the job done, everything working perfectly. I cannot say enough good things about Gold Star Plumbing. When I get scheduled for service I stop worrying before they ever get here. Clayton was professional, friendly and I was able to watch what he was doing. He explained everything. I am extremely impressed with Gold Star Plumbing and will recommend them to anyone!!! Work was done at a fair price as well. I am adding five more rating stars here ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The job on the sewer line was done in one day and I was able to see the work being done. I was very pleased with the thorough care taken. Everyone who worked on my project, Todd, Clayton, Jose and I am so sorry I can't remember the technician's name who was with Jose was wonderful!

I called gold star out to locate the entrance to my leech field. The first tech they went out unfortunately did not locate the line correctly and i dug up an area only to find nithing. When I called them back to fix this issue and that's where the true work began. They sent clay out and he took all the time needed to properly locate the line and continue to diagnose my issue. Turns out the issue was not before the septic tank but after it. Clay worked very hard over 3 separate visits to locate everything and eventually solve my problem. Although we started off on the wrong foot, the effort and care clay exercised that day was truly amazing. He realized the job was not done properly to begin with and did everything In his power and then some to make sure my wife and I were taken care of. Thank you for taking the time to explain everything and for leaving no stone unturned.

Corbin and Andrew did a great job removing and replacing the water heater at the house. Corbin explained the details for the new water heater and all of the items and work covered by the quote and provided explanations for the various valves before leaving. They made sure that the work area was clean and when entering in and out of the house to assure no dirt was tracked in or around the work site. Overall, Gold Star Plumbing was very professional and provided text and emails indicating when they would be arriving at the house. Very satisfied with the work and company. Would highly recommend them to anybody that requires professional plumbing to be performed.

Was not happy with his company at all. I believe they Conned us , we had them to our house to clean a drain $299 They were there for a couple of hours and said That there drain cleaner just kept going through the clog . they said that they would have to bring their water jet $2000. Well that was a disaster They made a huge hole in my garage.4 foot by 5 foot never repaired It ,flooded my Laundry room, and then wanted to charge me $2000 more to fix the pipe that they just cleaned. I said, why didn't you just replace the pipe in the first place instead of cleaning it, then replacing it?No more gold star plumbing , Try someone else

After many calls to obtain bids to replace our failing tankles water heater, we chose Gold Star. Others gave us many options, but they came with a hefty price tag. And it was not what we wanted. Vincent was squared away and very professional. He gave us an option that fit our budget. He also provided another valuable source for water mitigation services. After leaving, he reached out immediately to another source. We had Rhino Water Damage arrive within 30 minutes. We greatly appreciate the service that he provided. GREAT SERVICE is rare now a days. We liked the business networking that Gold Star has. Great job.

I scheduled an appointment for toilet repair with Gold Star Plumbing, and was told that the arrival time was between 8AM and 11 AM. I received a text from the company dispatcher at about 8AM telling me that the technician was available and could arrive soon if I approved. I agreed, and the technician arrived shortly. The technician was Michael K. Michael came prepared with all necessary parts and quickly went to work. Michael worked quickly and efficiently and was very friendly, and the job was completed in a short time. The price was reasonable, and I am happy with the work done.
