My experience was great! First, to have a service call the day I called and to have the issue addressed and repaired properly the next day was exceptional. David and Ryan were incredible at re-imagining our bathroom design. We had a very large shower enclosure but no tub in our new home. We spoke to several bathroom contractors who had great difficulty with this problem. David and Ryan worked patiently through a series of ideas until they could successfully install a beautiful large soaking tub in the shower enclosure preserving the entire original shower tiling and glasswork. They also installed a very powerful, stable standing faucet ultimately making this tub even better than our drop in alcove tub in Colorado. As a bonus they are fun to work with and nice people! We absolutely recommend Glasmeier if you are looking for talent and highly skilled people for your job.

We recently had our entire basement plumbing redone (everything except the main drain), and I cannot say enough good things about Glasmeier Plumbing. The scope of work was extensive, and they handled everything thoroughly and professionally. From the very first phone call, everyone was kind and responsive. Mary, the receptionist, made the entire process easy to understand and ensured we were scheduled for the very next day. That level of communication and efficiency meant a lot, especially given how much work needed to be done. Gabe and Dominique handled the job, and they were outstanding. They were professional, honest, and took the time to answer all of my questions. They clearly explained the process, were transparent throughout, and did an amazing job. The quality of their work truly speaks for itself. If this is how Glasmeier continues to operate, I will be a customer for as long as they’re in business. Absolutely horrible!! Nancy was fantastic but other than that, I got hustled. Plumber came out with another gentleman, very professional, they showed me a video of how the line outside my house was "misaligned", "holding water" and "old clay pipes" and didn't clear anything. Charged me $749. to tell me that in need to replace from house to main. After a second opinion I contact Glasmeier and spoke to the owner and he offered to send crew back out. I got the same fellas and I see the same videos of nonsense and kept to all needs replaced. The plumber SHOOK MY HAND and told me he would return to flag the line yard, tell me where all roots came in and the depth on Monday. Never showed up, a man doesn't shake and break his word. Thank God they didn't, I called a real plumber and he cleaned out EVERY ROOT and didn't rip up my yard or replace anything, that weird huh??? Good to go!!! Now they did say that this will probably need to happen every year or two but the honesty means a lot!! I will be telling evry one of my buddies at the VA about this situation. The eagles club, moose lodge, elks lodge and the American legion friends about how I paid $749. and still had a back up, pay someone else about the same and I see the results. Take your business elsewhere.

Glasmeier has been very responsive and helpful, especially Ryan! He took his time to fully address our issue at hand and cover some more very helpful information otherwise. Dusty was also super helpful in resolving the issue we had with our kitchen drain. We will be happy to call them again when needed. Most certainly recommend Glasmeier!
