Best place to go for all your needs. They have a team of brothers. That are the best at what they do. The A team is what they are called. What ever the job new or old. They get the job done. No matter what. But if you dont get the Ateam. The rest of the Giffin Plumbing is just as good. I just haven't been around them as much as the Ateam. So way to go keep up the good work guys.

Giffin plumbed our first home and is now plumbing our second home. They do a great job, show up when they say they will, and will return phone calls if I leave a message though I rarely have to bc the owner usually answers the phone himself-very accessible and super nice guy. I have found his staff to be professional and knowledgeable.

We used Giffin Plumbing when building our home. His staff did a great job and we were pleased. Just under two years after being in our home, our tankless water heater stopped working and we could smell the natural gas coming from it along with a lot of water running out of the condensation line. My husband trouble-shot the problem and called Giffin to come and take a look at it. He returned our call and told us to call the manufacturer of the hot water heater. We immediately did so, but the manufacturer refused to talk with anyone but the plumber. So we called Giffin back on 6-8 instances to help us move forward. On a couple of those times he said he would send someone out during the day to look at it. We would make ourselves available and at home for someone to come, and they never did. The manufacturer said we needed to unplug our hot water heater so it would not run until someone came to run a diagnostic on it. We are almost 3 weeks out of being able to use our hot water heater properly. At this point Giffin is no longer answering or returning our calls (all calls and conversations have been respectful and courteous--no animosity at all). Giffin promises a lot but delivers little. On big jobs he's more available --but disappears on the small ones or the repairs. We have hired someone else who was able to come in yesterday and run a quick diagnostic {took all of 30 minutes max} and the part was overnighted and will be installed tomorrow. It's a very simple repair--something my husband could do--but for warranty sake it must be a licensed plumber. It's been a very frustrating ordeal and hard to understand why we weren't prioritized. Giffin has had several health problems within the last year and we've tried to be mindful and respectful of that. Still--if you aren't going to be able to help someone, please let them know that you don't have time to help them so they can move on. It's not a wise way to run a business.

I would not recommend Giffin Plumbing. We went without a master bathtub for over 6 months before it was finally defective. We eventually got a new tub. They do not return your phone calls, either. Furthermore, 2 months after our 1 year warranty ALL (3) toilets run constantly. My husband has replaced the guts and done other things and still nothing. He called the owner and no return call. DO NOT use this company!

Very good visit today. Fair price. Be warned though. They only accepted cash or check. That was a gut punch. I was prepared for a credit card payment or them mailing me an invoice.
