“Called last year about a sump pump and lack of pressure at my hose bib. They told me the lack of pressure was my cheap water hose. Not believing them as it keeps getting worse I just took it out and it turned out it has a split and was dumping water into the basement wall....don't worry they charged me! No sense in calling back. I don't like when service providers blame you. They could have checked the water …”
