GEI Plumbing Services of Spring

I had an excellent experience with GEI Plumbing, thanks to Sean Hull. Sean was knowledgeable, patient, and professional throughout the entire process. He clearly explained each repair, answered all of my questions, and made sure I felt confident moving forward. The work was affordable, efficient, and exceeded my expectations. Sean initially came out to fix a small leak but went above and beyond by noticing an issue with my hot water heater. He could tell right away that it needed to be replaced and explained how leaving it could have turned into a very costly repair. As he was wrapping up, he also noticed a problem with an electrical outlet and explained that it posed a safety concern for my home. He would not move forward until it was properly addressed, which showed his integrity and commitment to doing the job the right way. Sean also relocated my water softener, corrected the piping to access my water panel, and took the time to show me how to properly turn the water on and off to different areas of the house. This level of professionalism, safety, and care is exactly what you hope for in a plumbing company. Sean is truly the cream of the crop, and I will only be calling GEI Plumbing for my future plumbing needs!

Had somewhat of an emergency and they showed up in less than 40 minutes. My technician was Daniel and he was crazy nice, super polite and very professional. He explained what was happening, how he was going to fix it and gave me a price. Couldn’t have been a better experience; considering the circumstances. As a homeowner having the right people and companies available to help with issues is invaluable. Theses guys are my plumbers for life!!

Everything was great. I called today about a water heater issue and they were able to get it all done today. Estimated times did keep shifting because they were busy but they called me to keep me updated and let me know the new estimated time. I really appreciated them getting me in the same day. The techs that came were knowledgeable and professional. I would recommend them for your needs!

Plumbing not working, called GEI. Ran snake and camera into pipes and located a broken pipes under my foundation at my hall bath. Needed a tunnel approximately 20 ft to reach pipe. Once located the repair was completed and plumbing was restored. The crew did excellent work and maintained a clean worksite. Work was completed in a timely manner. A slight language barrier was present with the crew but we worked it out just fine. I would recommend GEI to assist you in all you plumbing needs.
