5/5 stars! Grayson came out to fix a water issue after some construction happened on the floor above my unit, and he did an excellent job. He explained everything in a way that was easy to understand and even made the process fun to learn about. He also helped install a new garbage disposal and shared some helpful tips about appliance lifespans. Super professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Highly recommend for any plumbing needs! 10/10 highly recommend

Garvin's was exactly the help I needed. They had Saturday hours, and Grayson D took the time to explain what he was doing. He helped me learn how I can take care of my system moving forward, and my clog was cleared. I will definitely use Garvin's Plumbing and Sewer in the future.

From ease of scheduling to the completion of the project, this was a very positive experience and stress-free! James was extremely professional -- explained my options clearly, was efficient in replacing my water heater in a very timely manner, took extra care in clean-up and was conscious of protecting my home during the installation process. His two team members were awesome in helping with the removal of the old water heater (as it couldn't be drained), and they too were extremely professional and genuinely interested in helping and doing a great job! Thank you Garvin's -- you're now my "go to" for all of my plumbing needs. Give this team 10 stars!!

The technician from Garvin's arrived 12/03/25 on time and got our plumbing cleaned out and draining perfectly again! He was very friendly and knowledgeable; unfortunately, my husband didn't get a card and I'm unsure of the technician's name. After having interactions with a few other plumbing companies over the years that were fine but not great, I truly wish we'd found Garvin's sooner, but we will stick with them from here forward! As a side note: their prices for what we needed were incredibly fair and reasonable.

I have been a very satisfied customer of Garvin's for 18 years! My most recent visit from your technician, Scott Richardson, was a particularly great experience. He was very thorough and accomplished everything on my list in one day. Scott is conscientious, polite, and knowledgeable about everything plumbing-related for my 1955 house. I will continue to use Garvin's and will happily recommend them to my friends and neighbors!
