Caleb was very professional and knowledgeable. He helped talk me through the options and potential remedies. Got me squared away within an hour. Couldn’t have asked for more!

Great service from Garvin's! Same-day service on Superbowl Sunday. Came exactly when they said they would, did a thorough job rooting out my sewer line, laid out a mat to protect the hardwood stairs, cleaned up after, so absolutely no complaints.

The call was for a leak in my bathtub to be fixed. The plumber acknowledged that the leak still existed and still left. He lowered the amount due from $800 to $297.50. So I paid for nothing. Plus the handles did not get put back on because it would take "hours". I had used Garvin one other time at the beginning of the year but now this experience has soured me on using them again.

We’ve had the crew from Garvin’s out to our home 4 times over the past 8 years. They came to our rescue the week we moved in! They have always been courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient. They also are patient and answer any questions without judgment and are happy to explain what they are doing and what they find. We had our line backup again about a week after their most recent visit and the return visit was covered under the conditional warranty they offer on their services. Garvin's did a great job with the shower pressure. It was a relief to have someone who knew what they were doing and at a reasonable price. John, the technician was courteous, professional and explanatory on the resolution of the task. He went to great lengths to find a replacement part for the one that went bad even though it was an off brand. I would definitely give Garvin's a 5 star. Garvin sent Seth F to my place in Boulder all the way from South Denver. The problem was a clog in my Toto bidet toilet. Seth use a 6-foot power auger to try to clear the clog, but that didn’t work. I flushed the toilets on the floors above and below the clogged toilet and they both flushed fine. Seth came back and used a plunger fairly vigorously 20 times and was able to clear the clog. He only charged me for a trip visit and the total bill was $71. I was impressed by the service and the low cost for solving the problem. I highly recommended Garvins to anyone with sewer or toilet clog problems.

I have had experience with Garvins over the years and I have always found them to be most professional in their service and their techs very knowledgeable. Wes has been out at my house before and is a great tech & a really nice guy that takes care of the problem in the best way.He is always very conscious of keeping my floors and carpets clean laying down throw covers for protection.I appreciate that. No complaints whatsoever. We need more thorough companies likes Garvins.

Garvins was honest and affordable. I had a company come out before Garvins and told my 89 year old mother they needed to tear out her basement floor and it would cost anywhere from $4,000 to $11,000. Garvins came out and ran a snake, replaced the clean out drain plug and was done in an hour and only charged $290.00. Thank you Garvins for your integrity!

DJ from Garvin's is a true pro. He has helped me with several properties. I am a real estate agent and investor. He always finds a solution to any issue such as accessing the line in an older home where previous access was prevented due to a remodel. I will always use Garvin's - and DJ. Other companies just don't have the experience and integrity.

Live in an 80 year old house that has some interesting plumbing work in it. So DIY only causes more harm than good. Have had Garvin’s out a couple times now to work on this nightmare. Jon has come out and always been a great help. Knowledgeable, professional and patient he always get the job done.
