Emergency holding tank blowout this a.m. first off the person who answered the phone was amazing! She was able to get a person.. aka.. Josh Cash sent to my house in record time! I was freaking out as I didn't know how to shut off the water..Josh called me and talked me through it..amazing! He was very thorough and friendly and knowledgeable! This could have been a horrible day but was made better because of Fry! Will definately recommend..thanks again Josh! You're the best!
Although I had to pay $150 for the HVAC tech to come out for 10 minutes to tell me that they had to send the plumber instead which would be a minimum of another $250 due to the time of day, both guys were nice and friendly. I do feel like should get at least part of my $150 refunded to me, how is a customer supposed to know what service they need if it all goes to the furnace?
fan motor was not working proiperly on condensor unit. Technician went through entire system to see what issues there may be. Determined exact probmen and repaired. Discussed curremt system and compared a new sytem. Service was thorough and reasonably priced. I would recommend Fry to any of my friends.
Gabe was GREAT!! He came by my house and before he started, he advised me on some options for a replacement water heater, to save me some money; I really appreciated that. Gabe was professional, engaging, answered all my questions, and cleaned up and made it look like he hadn’t been there.
Justin and Jaydin installed our new furnace today. They were very professional, polite, and knowledgeable. They did a great job. Very pleased.
