The team was great, and I highly recommend this company! I Especially appreciated how much time and care Ezekiel took when trying to help me locate a leak that the city reported I had due to a very high bill and crazy amount of water they said was used. Ezekiel took his time, searched inside and out, and use his expertise to help determine that there was no leak in the city had made a mistake. Thank you friends plumbing for the great customer service and I will definitely be calling on you again in the future!

Grant came out to my house at 8am after the wax seal on my upstairs toilet came undone and caused water to leak downstairs. He was efficient and helped me understand what was happening every step of the way. Great work! Will be a returning customer if I ever need anything in the future Update: came home from work around 6:30 to a major problem in my ceiling and had to call Caine out to figure out what happened and if there was an additional leak. Caine is a super hero! Bless this man. He completely changed my attitude after the headache of a day I had and we figured out it was just residual water from the previous leak. Had to cut open my ceiling but he helped me stay positive in a bad situation. Caine and Grant are angels so grateful I found an amazing plumber in my area

We called Friends Plumbing with a toilet problem. Chris came out and assessed the problem. He gave us an exact quote on what the fix would cost. We approved the work and he went at it. Chris was knowledgeable and efficient. He did a great job and cleaned up after himself. Chris was professional yet friendly. The price was fair. I highly recommend him and Friends Plumbing without reservation.

Friends Plumbing replaced our 15 year old water softener with a new 32k Clack model. Grant flushed our lines and soft water is flowing. He also tweaked the heat setting on our 7 year hot water tank as one coil was set too low. This small adjustment made a big difference in our comfort. Grant approached the initial estimate and installation with professionalism that is hard to find -- he didn't oversell us and explained what was needed. I'm excited about this new softner -- and that tells you something!

Highly recommend Friends Plumbing! They replaced the hot water tank in my second-floor condo quickly and professionally. James & Austin arrived right on time, completed the job in under three hours, and left the workspace spotless. They even hauled away the old tank and I received a courtesy follow-up call from their office. Great service!
