We have used various plumbers over the years: Boulder Fresh Plumbers is top-tier. No we’ll send “someone” out big business grab-bag and brutal bills. It’s alway Doug who shows up; highly experienced, smart, skilled and personable. He has promptly identified our issues and provided practical and reasonable solutions, always standing behind his work with integrity. Doug has helped us lots; we are secure in counting on him when the need inevitably arises.

Doug is my trusty plumber who figures out tricky plumbing issues in an older apartment building. Always willing to go the extra mile and does a great job. Can't recommend him enough!

Doug helped me out so much with the plumbing for two new showers, and installing new hook ups for a washer/dryer. He went out of his way to look into any concerns I had, and fixed the washer after the appliance company installed it wrong. I really appreciate it and will call again!

We have called on Doug three times for hone plumbing needs. We strongly recommend him for the quality of his work, his responsiveness, and his professional ethics. His first job with us was installing two high-end Totos in our house, which has early 1980's plumbing. We were very pleased with his work. Most recently, we texted Doug when we found water dripping through the ceiling downstairs. He came over first thing the next morning, figured out the problem (upstairs shower leak) and fixed it. Two days later he reached out to confirm everything was okay when we ran the shower after the sealant dried. We appreciated the follow up and his concern for us as seniors.

Prompt, professional and respectful. I am very happy with the patch and then re-pipe that Doug did to fix a leak I was experiencing in a finished ceiling and to prevent further issues. Doug went above and beyond replacing leaking valves ect., at a very reasonable price for the work completed. I will be calling Fresh Boulder Plumber again for any of my plumbing needs.
