So grateful! We were in crisis mode on a late afternoon Sunday with a faulty valve which caused rapid leaking from the 2nd floor through multiple light fixtures on the ceiling on our 1st floor. Carl received the call and was helpful, professional and kind. He was knowledgeable and thoughtful in his diagnosis of the issue. From beginning to the end, working with Freiner Company, Inc. was a pleasure. I initially spoke to Celia on the phone. She was professional, helpful, informative, beyond pleasant to work with. I met with Steve for an in person review of the bathroom plumbing task. I promptly received an estimate for the work, which was beyond fair. The appointment was scheduled soon after. The two plumbers arrived for the early morning appointment on time and finished the project on schedule. I called to say thank you, but I think that their professional service deserved a great review.

Excellent service! I have used them a few times now , latest - water heater went , called in the AM , they were there and replaced it by mid afternoon, professional and courteous plumbing staff -highly recommend!!
