Matt was absolutely amazing. I called him on a Tuesday after 5 pm telling him my husband tried to fix the bathroom sink and was unsuccessful so I needed him to come and actually fix it. He got me in the schedule for the next morning. And before noon on Wednesday the bathroom sink was fixed. The communication was great and the service was speedy and exactly what I needed after the bathroom being out of order for almost a week.

My father is elderly and his downstairs bathroom sink faucet was barely working. We bought a new faucet and I tried to install on a Sat afternoon/evening but I had trouble removing the drain assembly and that resulted in a leak... I called Freedom Plumbing that same Sat at 9p and got in touch with Matt and set up an appoinent for Sunday at 11a-1p. Matt showed up at 12p and fixed the issue in less than 30 minutes and charged us a fair price for a Sunday call. I would highly recommend Freedom Plumbing to anybody who is looking for plumbing work!

Serviced water heater their first visit. Non charge due to nothing being wrong with unit. Very kind of Matt! Matt was very nice and professional. Had sink issue. No follow up back to me with solution. I followed up 1 time after and no follow up again. Recently scheduled them to be at my house. They were an hour late so I called for an update. Was advised I would get called back when they got closer to my house. 90 minutes later no call no show. Haven’t heard back for a reschedule. Won’t be using services anymore after 2 times of being ghosted.

Let me just say that Matt has been very responsive from the moment I first reached out through the new hot water install. Might I add, our hot water heater is in a not so easy to reach corner of the attic. Scheduling was fast, communication was great but it’s customer service that will bring me back!
