Tyler and Damon did an outstanding job today installing a new air-conditioning system into my home. They got here early and they left late to make sure everything was done properly as if they were installing it in their own home they took the time to take me through everything that they had done and answer any of the multiple questions I had I couldn’t be happier thanks freedom air for sending the best !!!
Mike arrived in a Freedom Air & Plumbing van which confirmed he was representing his firm. He introduced himself and was very courteous and pleasant. He clearly explained what steps he was going to take to evaluate the HVAC needs of my home. Once he got all the information he needed, he very patiently explained the different units that would work for my home and which one would be the best overall choice. I was very impressed with his knowledge of the systems and the way he explained everything so that I could understand. He left me a quote for the system which was very fair so that I could review it with my family. I would highly recommend Mike to family and friends.
Travis came to our house from Freedom Air and diagnosed our system so quickly. He was very polite and professional. He arrived in a very nice looking van branded with the company logo so we knew he was the authorized HVAC guy. The price he provided was very fair and his repair was excellent. We love having strong AC and will be so happy when summer comes and we can stay cool in the heat. Thanks again Travis!
We had our old tub taken removed and a walk in shower put in plus some drainage/piping issues we were experiencing. The entire office staff & all workers that came out were all very professional, polite & knowledgeable. The entire processes was done very well and within a reasonable time frame. Extra kudos to MrJorge & Mr Hollis B. All around satisfied! Thank you!
Bobby C did an amazing job installing our sink and faucet. The installation was clean and done in under 2 hours. I will say that I feel $1050 for labor alone is kinda steep. I probably would've shopped around or done it myself if I wasn't in a pinch for time.
