These people took care of my mother like she was family while my father was in the hospital and I was out of state. I appreciate it tremendously!

Sump grinder in our basement was inoperable. I called and spoke to Ryan. We set an appointment. When Chris came out, water was already flowing up from my basement water heater / dehumidifier drain. He worked quickly, results were great. Looked professional, and the price was very affordable. I highly recommend Frecka. I appreciate their service and their customer service. Thank you.

I had high expectations for Frecka Plumbing as they came highly recommended. Rick was really nice during our estimate appointment but getting any follow up was like pulling teeth. We were ultimately told in a rather rude email that they would only do the plumbing portion of our project if we used their recommended remodeling company for the remainder - and that company is booked out 4 months ahead. The owner of this company is out of his mind. I asked for an estimate to install a four piece tub and shower wall surround, with the parts being $1,500. He quoted $8,500 for the total job. Said it was a 10 hour job, and the reason for the high cost was because he was going to have to spend so much time at the supply house to find a perfect tub without any flaws. I immediately contacted the next Plumber in line, $3,800 later, the tub was installed beautifully, without a single flaw. Either Frick up Plumbing purposely overpriced because they didn't want the job, or they are seriously out of touch with labor pricing. Taking away parts, $7,000 for a for a 10 hour job is $700 an hour. Who makes that kind of money? I paid $3,800 parts and labor all in, to a no name Plumber who me couldn't even recall if you asked, and the job couldn't have been more perfect.

My opinion of this company has certainly gone downhill. Just got off the phone with Gary, discussing the purchase of a new and expensive hot water tank. After some discussion of what I thought I needed, based largely on the size of my jetted bathtub, I told him I thought someone needed to come out to assess what was needed and determine if it would fit in the utility closet. He laughed inappropriately several times, like I was stupid or something, then said he could not afford to send someone out to do that, then before I could say I guess I'll have to hire someone else, he said have a nice day and hung up on me. The reviews here are accurate. Gary is not doing his business any favors with his behavior.

If you're looking for a reliable plumber this is your place. They aren't hawking services that you don't need. Their brand isn't diluted by offering 6 separate services. Plumbing only, all licensed and union backed. They will come in, complete their service, and leave. Their prices are beyond compare and their plumbers are kind, courteous, and professional. Locally owned by Rick Frecka, a family man and pillar of the community with his many charitable contributions. You can tell he treats his employees well as they appear very happy with their work. 5,000 stars. Would recommend.

Frecka Plumbing installed a new toilet, new garbage disposal and new kitchen faucet in my condo. When I called Gary to set up the appointment and let him know my needs, he was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Their plumber, Steve, was very courteous and got everything done in less time than we thought. It has been 2 weeks since the work was done and everything is working great! Also, Steve, cleaned up afterwards and left everything very nice. I am very pleased and will definitely use Frecka Plumbing in the future!

I called Frecka yesterday to get quotes for 3 major plumbing projects I need to have done in my house. The guy who answered the phone seemed to be trying to talk me out of getting the work done because of the high cost. ? He told me the owner would call me back today to schedule. Instead, he called me back this morning to tell me the owner couldn't come out to give me estimates until late fall because they have so much commercial work right now!! It is obvious to me they just don't want my business. Very rude!!

I would never use Frecka again. I had them out to check a leak under my sink. I did not know where it was coming from. They came out and could not find anything. It was a service charge for $140. 60 days later, I notice the same leak, which I know is now the disposal. He (Gary) charges me 189. for a new disposal installation and won't give a break based on the first charge. Basically the guy is rude on the phone. Plenty of plumbers out there....do not go to Frecka.

Very friendly and professional. Rick came over and gave me an estimate that was much better than what I have received in the past, and Tim was the tech who came and fixed the problem. Both wonderful to work and deal with. Mike scheduled my appointment and was quick and efficient both times I spoke with him. 1000% recommend this company! I feel like most plumbing companies try to rip people off most days, but Frecka was so reasonable.

I have had Todd out twice to replace toilets (first two toilets replaced the first trip, and the last two were replaced during the second trip) and am immensely satisfied with the service and professionalism. Todd made sure I was aware of the things he was doing and made sure that he didn't cut any corners during the installs. Very satisfied customer, and will be using Frecka for any future plumbing projects.

As a first time customer with Frecka Plumbing, we had an amazing experience! Our technician Matt couldn't have been more professional and timely and he really took the time to make sure we understood our plumbing problem! We most definitely will refer Frecka to family and friends!!

Called Frecka for some drain work, but they no longer do this. What they do is give great references. I'm grateful that Mike took the time to help me out. Mike sent me to Allen Drainage. From admins Erin and Sara to plumbers Chris and Bill, Allen was great.

Very nice and knowledgeable. Had the sump pump installed in no time for a very reasonable and fair price. He was also great with my dog and that’s always a plus to me. We will be repeat customers next time we need a plumber!
