Alexander and Joshua are wise beyond their years. They made a great team! So polite and professional but super friendly and they saved the day after days of having to keep our water to the house turned off! They worked very hard! Will definitely refer friends and family to Franklin Plumbing AND I’ll tell folks to ask for Alex and Josh!!!🩵🩵
Franklin Plumbing is one of the few companies that we have felt with that are very professional, Prompt, accommodating. They have bent over backwards to help in a bind and I am forever grateful. Josh, I believe the manager and or owner called me personally and assured me and relieved my worries. The staff is phenomenal, I highly recommend them!
We have had excellent service with Franklin! From installing gas lines, serving our tankless water heater to plumbing repairs, they have been great and a pleasure to work with! Tony always shows up with a smile and their customer service is top notch h!
If I could give more than 5 stars, I definitely would! Joshua and Jared hands down gave me the best experience a customer could ask for. But before meeting Joshua and Jared my amazing experience started with Sonya who scheduled my service call and kept me informed of my technicians ETA. She was extremely pleasant on the phone and so very helpful. I felt the price was fair, everything that needed to be done was explained thoroughly, both technicians were polite, respectful and genuinely great to have in my home. They were even nice to the dog!! I had repairs immaculately conducted on three toilets in my home in a very reasonable time frame! I will be utilizing their services again in the future when in need and can’t recommend them enough!!
I had a great experience with the team at Franklin Plumbing from beginning to end. I had a leak in the shower and they took great care of me. The customer service was amazing from the initial call to the fished job. Everyone was courteous and professional. I will be using them for all my plumbing needs moving forward.
