Paul was fantastic to work with. We had a blockage in our main drain line and he was able to come out the same day and get it taken care of quickly. He was friendly, professional, and explained everything clearly. The pricing was very fair and the service was fast and efficient. It’s hard to find reliable contractors who respond that quickly, and Paul definitely delivered. I would absolutely recommend him and his company to anyone needing plumbing help.

CALL THESE GUYS!!! They're EXCELLENT!! Had a leak in an old irrigation line. Called Fractal on Saturday evening, because they are local, we support small businesses, and they had GREAT reviews. Paul and crew (James & Daniel) were out Monday morning at 9a, diagnosed, and fixed the problem by 1030a. Couldn't ask for more. Paul, the owner, came out and worked right along side his crew (I love that) and the whole process was seamless & stress free. We hired fractal plumbing for extensive plumbing repairs under our house, which required tunneling, inspections, and proper permits. From start to finish, the entire process was handled professionally and with great attention to detail. The team was knowledgeable, explained every step clearly, and made sure all work met code requirements. The tunneling was done carefully to protect the structure of the home, and everything was completed exactly as permitted and approved. The final inspections passed without any issues, which gave us real peace of mind. The work area was kept as clean as possible, timelines were respected, and communication was excellent throughout the project. This was a complex job, and it was done right the first time. I highly recommend them for any major plumbing repair, especially jobs involving permits, tunneling, and structural considerations.

Paul and team were recommended to us by another contractor for some minor plumbing repairs at the house. Called them on Friday afternoon and they were there first thing Monday morning. Pauls team (James & Daniel) were very professional and walked me through the scope before and after completing the work. They took time to educate me on a couple things I can/should be doing as homeowner maintenance to avoid costly issues down the road but also let me know they can help if I run into issues or have additional questions (without pressure or feeling of being “upsold”). Paul and his crew came heavily recommended. What started off as a small job ballooned into a big one - and not due to Fractal. Bought a new crib and the damage the sellers left was insane. Fractal banged out and converted all the cast iron to PVC and helped design and install our new bathrooms in both master and guest. That was years ago, since then we've used him for investment properties and some follow up stuff. HIGHly recommend.

We had an Emergency appointment and we needed ASAP service. Not only did they come the same day, everything we needed was done by the next day, and was fairly priced as well. James and his partner that came were professional and extremely nice. They also did excellent in answering any questions we had. They will definitely be our go to in the future. Paul was great! He arrived on time and gave me his recommendation on what toilet to buy, which he then picked up, and then replaced the old toilet.
