The absolute best plumber I've ever used for home construction. We've used them on our last 2 homes. Their attention to detail, communication, scheduling, & overall system of installation is second to none. Their team is wonderful to work with and they cover all the bases as a plumber. Great communication with our builder, suppliers, and other trades on the job. I would recommend to 10 out of 10 people who asked for a referral.
I had a severely leaking toilet. I called to make an emergency appointment and they were able to come early the next day and replace it. What was really impressive was I did not have to take off work and be home. I have had no issues with the quality of their work or their trustworthiness. I had a few questions for them and they responded immediately to my inquiries. I was very pleased with every aspect of their work. I would highly recommend using them. I know I will.
Fox river plumbing is the best. Had a problem with our shower leaking. The owner, Darryl came out personally and solved the problem fast. We have used Fox river for new construction and needed repairs. Very efficient, polite and fairly priced. Thanks again! Scott W.
Four months after moving into our new home the wash tub faucet in our basement decided to spring a small leak! Unfortunately we didn't discover the leak until 9:00 pm just before bed and because typically there is no shut off valves on the wash tub we had no choice but the call Fox River Plumbing at the inconvenient time. Daryl answered the phone, t looked at the picture I texted him and was at our house within 30 minutes with a new faucet to replace the defective one. Fox River Plumbing was enjoyable to work with in building process of our new home and now I'm even more impressed with there service!! Great company! Landy Hansen
Darryl has been awesome to work with. We built new construction home and the attention to detail installing everything has been terrific. Deb and Laura in the office have been fantastic. Customer service has been excellent. With supply issues we had some challenges ordering a Kohler tub and Deb assured me we would have it in time for the rough in. She delivered! Darryl is very professional and attentive to customer needs and takes the time to fix and explain and walk thru everything. Lots of moving parts with a new home and that patience is appreciated.
