I had some issues with Four Seasons duct cleaning in Chicago. The customer service person, Eric, talked to me today and offered all the help to me, and he was down-to-earth in resolving my issue. He was not even willing to take any payments from me; finally, for my satisfaction, we came to a settlement, and I made a very reasonable payment. I highly recommend this company to everyone in the USA great company, with wonderful service and excellent customer care.

I recently had the HVAC system in my Home replaced. After a few quotes I went with Four Seasons. My installer Kacper was awesome! He kept me involved throughout the entire installation process. Kacper was very meticulous while working inside and outside of my home as you can see in the photos. Four Seasons wasn’t the cheapest quote that I received but I went with them because of their reputation. I’m glad I did! If you’re in the Chicagoland area, request Kacper for your install. You won’t be disappointed!

The two young gentlemen were on time and great with communication. We were probably their grandparents age. They were so patient with our technology questions. They put covers on their shoes and picked everything up before they left. They had a final walkthrough to answer any remaining questions. All working great!

Update, they reached out and said they would refund the date he came out for service. The “one-year no breakdown guarantee” seems to mean very little. I had preventative maintenance done last week and was told everything looked good. This week, my furnace stopped working. A technician came out, checked it, replaced the filter (with my filter — the previous one was only three weeks old), reset the rollout switch, and charged me $300. There was no repair made and no explanation for why the furnace was shutting off on safety. When I questioned the $214 portion of the charge since nothing was repaired and no root cause was identified, I was told, “It wasn’t running when I got here, but it’s running now.” I called customer service to ask what the point of the breakdown guarantee was. They agreed I should not have been charged the $85 fee and said they would credit a portion of my bill because they believe in good customer service. A couple of hours later, my furnace would not shut off. I called again and was told they could send a senior technician and waive the $85 fee. At that point, I decided I no longer wanted to continue service. It turns out the technician left a jumper on my furnace, which is why it was running continuously. Leaving a jumper in place can cause additional long-term issues. So in the end, I paid $300 for a reset, no diagnosis, and a mistake that might have caused further damage. Customer service was polite, but between the unclear guarantee, charges without clear repair, and the technician error, this was not a good experience. I will not be using this company again.

I called Four Seasons for service on my furnace that had stopped working the previous night. My 7 p.m. call was answered right away by a very professional woman. Much to my surprise, I was able to get an appointment window starting at 8 a.m. the next morning. The technician arrived at around 8:45 and diagnosed my furnace. Abe, my technician gave me the results and parts needed information in plain language. After my part was delivered to my home, Ivan arrived and completed the work. I was very impressed with the speed and quality of service. Thanks to the staff.
