While the price seemed a bit high relative to what we later saw with research (we didn’t have the luxury of time to get multiple quotes bc our heat was out in winter), the work itself was done with a high attention to detail and professionalism. The installers were courteous of our home, suggested alternative ideal ways and locations for hooking everything up, did a great job cleaning up when finished, and walked us through proper usage and maintenance. We had a new furnace, chimney exhaust duct, and AC installed and had our all-house humidifier re-installed and the team were here for about 12 hours in total. Would likely use again in the future.

Kevin and staff did a great job on the install of a new boiler. I will request them again. They communicated well, were on time, and cleaned up after the install.

‬ I spoke with several HVAC companies before choosing Four Seasons, and the difference was clear. Some proposals recommended boilers in the 120,000–150,000 BTU range for my townhouse with only 90 feet of baseboard — and at significantly higher prices. In contrast, Keith Williams took the time to explain the heating load, why proper sizing matters, and the technical reasoning behind his recommendation. It felt like true consulting rather than a sales pitch. His professionalism and patience gave me confidence that the decision was grounded in sound engineering. The installation team — Adan Ruiz and Edgar — were outstanding. They were organized, precise, and extremely detail-oriented. They flushed the system, verified pressures, tested every baseboard, and made sure everything was fully operational before leaving. A supervisor stopped by during the installation to review the work, and customer support followed up to schedule a quality audit — impressive quality control. From the initial quote through contract and payment, the entire process was clear, structured, and professional. Four Seasons stood out not just on price, but on competence, transparency, and execution. Highly recommended.

I could write a novel, in fact I did as I kept notes of daily events so I'll summarize: Paid for new furnace/home humidifier/ACNegatives: 1) install was suppose to take 1.5 days, it's been 8 days and it's not done yet. No AC or home humidifier installed yet either. 2) first installers didn't install right-claimed new furnace needed a new heating element 3) techs that tried installing new heating element still wired wrong and blew my breaker and melted wires inside the new furnace, scortch marks in a few places on my breaker box, smoke, almost setting my home on fire. 4) Blowing up the breakers left me with no water for 1 night & 1 day bc my well pump, hot water heater and softener were among other things in the same breaker box 5) The internal communication is astonishingly terrible, techs didn't know what other techs did or were suppose to be doing.  Calls not returned, appointments got mis-scheduled or not scheduled at all, parts didn't get ordered like they were supposed to, electricians didn't get ordered/unable to come out when they were suppose to leaving me with a broken unusable furnace for another full day/night (freezing temps) 6) The electrician acted like it was an inconvenience to him to come and do a safety check on my breaker box, he was in a rush and a little rude. 7) I've had multiple people to my house every day for a week, only a couple showed up on time. The rest arrived 30min- over an hour past the 4 hour window. I understand things can go wrong and they are often behind but a courtesy call to let you know they are running late would be appreciated, I wasted A LOT of time for 7 days in a row (minus Sunday) waiting on them. 8) By the time this is all said and done (supposedly after 10 days and that's IF everything goes as planned), I'll have an *old* new furnace with all *new* parts instead of a brand new furnace that should have worked from the very beginning. 9) Nest thermostat was installed poorly. 10) My electric bill is going to be outrageous with my 2nd furnace working more than double time and having to use space heaters on the very cold upper level/main living area of our home. My trust in this company is seriously lacking.  Use extreme caution before choosing this company.  I was misled so hopefully you won't be. Positives: 1) The senior tech that finally knew what he was doing- He went out of his way to make sure the furnace was at least somewhat working until new parts could arrive and he was able to get me my water back when the previous tech couldn't do it and no one from customer service or dispatch seemed to be of any help getting me someone out to my home ASAP.  I had to keep hounding them and I hate hounding people.  This senior tech was very knowledgeable and was genuinely concerned for my family's safety and gladly volunteered to do the rest of the install for me when the parts arrive. 10 people from this company have been to my  home for this installation (which as a reminder is not even done yet).  Out of those 10 people, the senior tech is the only one that's made progress and I am grateful for his knowledge, work ethic, and compassion.  Freezing temperatures outside, this experience was a nightmare.  I regret my decision to use this company for my heating and cooling needs.

I would honestly give them 0 stars. Poor and horrible customer service! They tried to charge me $1,300 for just a washer and dryer hook up. I paid half of that amount as a deposit and too late to realize that this was straight robbery! Now I’ve been calling them for a refund for God knows how many times then waited for 10 business days only to find out I waited for nothing! They want me to wait for another 10 business days saying they’re just following protocol. You should have followed your own rules in the first place! No I don’t want your apologies, I want my money back! Update: You expedited my refund? You shouldn’t have to do that if you followed your own protocol in the first place. Waiting for 10 business days then another 10 more days is not expedited! It is however a certain way to lose your customers!

These guys came out and did some HVAC cleaning/maintenance for the spring. From minute 1 I explained I had a concern about the rattling coming from my air blower. This was disregarded until I had to remind the tech about it prior to his leaving. At this time he just attempted to move the door opening knobs so it wouldn't rattle instead of actually fixing the issue. EDIT: after leaving a three-star review, I received a call a couple of days later asking me to explain what had gone wrong. After explaining they offered me some free services and for a technician to come back out and fix the initial issue I had. I explained I was not looking for anything for free and just wanted them to come out and fix the issue. They asked me if I would be willing to change my review if they were to come back out and fix the issue, I said yes as long as it was done properly. I was told I would receive an email by 10:00 p.m. that day with available appointment times, the email never came, that was 4 or 5 days ago. Now this morning, I received another call in which the individual left a voicemail but it did not include a company name or what they were calling about. Just that it was about a "claim" and to give them a call back. When I called the number I learned it was this company. After being transferred to someone the delay and echo on their end was so bad that it was nearly impossible to understand them. I had to disconnect the call for my sanity. I don't know what these guys have going on over there but their business is obviously incredibly disjointed and poorly run. I would steer clear of their services. Updated my review to two stars to reflect the ongoing issues and lack of follow-up and follow through.

The technicians who came out to do my preventive maintenance/Annual maintenance on the air conditioner and, the one that came to replace the inducer pump on my furnace were both very knowledgeable in skills and trade. There seems to be a lack of communication between office staff and the people out in the field. It was not clearly communicated to me how much the labor was going to cost to install an inducer pump. Which i diagnosed and told your AI scheduler (which is very creepy and continually interupted me) as well as to the 2 techs on the 2 visits. The part itself, covered by warrantty waas free the labor i had to pay for. I didnt know the cost was $470 until the tech was ready to leave. for something that takes about 8 screws and 4 or 5 wires that I could have done myself, but I chose to do it by through you guys under warranty. The job itself should have took 30 minutes. But you made the tech do additional tasks that weren't necessary for the job at hand and if that was included in the labor it's a total sham. At most, I would have paid $250 to have that done, knowing it now. I could have done it myself and I'm very qualified at it for a hell of a lot less. Your company needs to communicate costs out front and not leave it in the air. You told your tech that it was communicated the day before to me what the job would cost and that was a lie. No communication with me on the estimate of the job was done. The techs I am very happy with. But the office and management level of your organization is lacking! Edit now the blower fan they had him remove uneccessarily is making noise! Tech to return Monday.

This company does not stand by there customer satisfaction commitment. I've had nothing but issues with a Lenox system. The installation had to be done twice with multiple return visits to correct issues. Now I'm having AC issues and they want to charge over $1500.00 to run a direct line from the compressor to the main panel. This should have heen verified prior to installation. I've haf several conversations with them and the customer service department. Instead of being helpful, there is a young lady there that is rude and combative. The price for this unit was not cheap. Steer clear of this place. It appears the owners are not interested in the customers after they have your money. I will be pursuing this matter further. Update to this review. After several calls with the customer service team, we reached a settlement in which Four Seasons finally stood by there customer satisfaction guarantee and took care of my issue. So far my AC is working. I have upgraded my stars to 4 and will update this piat after a couple weeks of use to ensure the issue has been resolved.

Four seasons has a dispatch issue , not sure what’s going on on the backend but techs typically show up to a propriety with no knowledge of the site , despite this being a four seasons install and there being numerous prior tech visits, are notes not being logged or shared ? Example , first tech shows up without a ladder and is surprised that the AC is on the roof, how is this lapse in info possible when this is the org that installed the AC? Blunders like this damage the professional reputation of the organization. There are many more unforced errors rooted in dispatch process clumsiness but this one is the most recent. Clean up the process, too many homes depend on this company.

Jason Loperena came on a call back and made my air conditioner like new! I had 3 other techs in 3 days that didn’t seem to be able or not care enough to service my air conditioner ! I have been a customer for over 10 years - not only did Jason finish the job, he saw that the insulation hose needed replacing, did that ,and then came in to check the furnace, even though I had not scheduled that yet! He then called the service manager and waived my fee!! Four Seasons has a wonderful employee which is rare… he cares about the customer and the company I’m calling him the CLOSER!!! Give that man a well deserved raise!

Got a call from Gina in customer service today. She rectified the situation and expedited my AC tune up with no charge as a way of apologizing for the poor customer service with the AI bot. That is what true customer service is all about. An AI bot cannot take care of the customer properly. My suggestion is to put more staff on, because if you're going to AI because of the high volume of calls, and disappointing customers, it will be better in the long run to keep your customers happy and grow your business. Thank you Gina for proving that nothing beats a real, live person for excellent customer service!

I was holding off & hoping Four Seasons would make it right before writing a review, which to me, are really important & a company’s repost card. The very worst experience, The tech did not have proper equipment, took many breaks to talk on phone, flooded a portion of my basement & prematurely cut my drywall in basement. Then went on to inform me he only gives the best customers 10% discount, that was an insult to the damage that was done. I would say look into other options. It is a shame Merts merged with them!

Hired four seasons to do a 12k install for Lennox Elite unit and they sent bunch of interns to do it who spent a day to determine that they need to rewire as with this has 4 wires instead of 2. They really don't know what they are doing. On top, my second unit which had no problems has stopped working for reasons unknown. I now have escalated to their Helpdesk and they are supposedly sending some experienced techs. These are bunch of trainee training at my expense and frankly very disappointed in this company.

AC annual maintenance, well, how can I put this. seemed your tech this year wanted to sell me everything. Clean the coils? other company's do that in their maintenance. There was a wire that look expose, 3 minute tape job is all your tech had to do and recommend replacing the wire. 2 pounds down in freon I don't remember being down any last year So in 1 year 1 need 2 pounds of freon and my coils cleaned or should last years tech noted all of this? maybe time for a new company to do my annual maintenance.

This technician is so pushy . He wants us to avail of the repairs and replacement because he’s been in our house for 2 hours already . I told him that i don’t have budget for that at this time but he’s kinda pushy about it. The previous technicians that we had were so nice and accommodating . This was an isolated case maybe … We’ve been with Four Seasons for more than 6 years and we will still recommend them to everyone .
