Super fast, reliable, and honest. Will 100% use again. Fixed the coils in my hot water heater in less than half day. Showed me the issues, and worked honestly.
After calling multiple companies, I was so grateful to get in touch with Rescue and Restore! The were kind over the phone and booked me for a next-day service. Their prices were competitive and they were upfront about the potential cost whereas the other companies wouldn’t even give me a ballpark estimate. Not only did they service the toilet but they went above and beyond to repair a couple minor problems throughout the house. This is forever my plumbing company, I have them saved in my phone and will be calling them for all of my plumbing needs! Thank you Chas and Isaiah for coming to the rescue!
Isaiah was great, showed up on time and fixed our toilet, then took the time to install a new shower head in less than an hour! We will definitely call them again!
Was charged $395 for tub removal which I had 80% completed. Would have had it all done, but couldn't lift tub out on my own. Was charged $75 for materials I went to Home Depot and found for $25. The $400 for labor wasn't bad, as it turned out to be not as easy a job as the repairman anticipated. Won't be using these guys again.
I have had my house since 2021 and have always had issues with my downstairs toilet. These issues gradually grew until they finally were causing issues outside of the toilet, including flooding my house. A friend of mine recommended Chas and his team to come inspect it. This would be the second plumber I had come and try and diagnose the issue. The last one didn't find anything wrong. Once Chas got there, he listened to my concerns, including issues I was having with my kitchen sink. He evaluated the situation thoroughly, making sure to get the details he needed to make the best diagnosis and decision possible. In that process he was able to determine a high probability of the sink and toilet issues being connected and how to resolve them. He helped me understand the possibility of insurance pitching in to contribute to funding the repair too. After his evaluation, Chas gave me the bad news of how extensive he thought my issue was, including a requirement to tunnel underneath my slab foundation to replace the plumbing from the 60s. Throughout the process Chas was honest and communicated clearly what he was doing and why. He didn't make promises he couldn't keep and made sure to set expectations clearly of what the process looked like. As well, during the repair, more issues emerged, and he was clear in communicating what it was and why it was an issue. Overall, like many projects on an old home, there were unexpected turns and problems, but Chas navigated them confidently and with clarity and honesty. He was able to fix the issue and after 1 week in, I have not had any of the original problems with my toilet or sink that have been there for years. By the end I trusted that Chas would make the best decisions and provide the best recommendations to me that were available. If I have another plumbing problem in the future, it's nice to know I will have someone I trust to help me out.
Our 1940s bathtub faucets were no longer operating correctly. We spent a month getting quotes from plumbers and contractors. Everyone insisted the fix required thousands of dollars and breaking through the original shower tile to fix it, which would have required us to find a separate contractor to repair the tile. We originally called Fort Worth Rescue and Restore Plumbing to quote us for the job but, instead, Chas sought to understand our problem. He suggested there was a way to save the original aspects of our bathroom and simply replace the broken parts. He came by to take a look and offered us some conservative DIY measures to try before coming back to do the job (at an extremely fair price). This company's website says that they try to be trustworthy, and that's exactly what they are: trustworthy, respectful of our old house, kind, timely, and communicative. We are so happy to know this company and will definitely call them for help with any future issues!
I had a difficult job needing to be done - to run a gas line from the front/right corner of my house (from the meter) all the way back to the back/left corner of my house. FWRRP engaged a good digging partner and made it happen. They made the impossible happen. The job was a tough slog, needing lots of jackhammering and needed to bore underneath my driveway. His team worked diligently to get the job done well and with a high degree of quality, working around weather challenges in addition to the rock. They worked with the city to handle everything on the inspection and permitting end of things. I’m a very satisfied customer and I know that they’ll have my back if anything pops up. I highly recommend them for any plumbing work you might need done.
Rescue and Restore is prompt, professional, honest and compassionate. If they can be at your house the same day they'll tell you. If it's late the next day they'll tell you. R&R has never tried to upsale me on service or equipment and I consider their prices reasonable. Now for the compassionate part. My wife is in the early stages of dementia which leads to unpredictable behavior. In the last 3 weeks Rescue and Restore has been to my home 3 times to clear the sewer of sanitary pads, wads of toilet paper and socks. The third time R&R gave me a freebie. They did that out of the goodness of their heart. Rescue and Restore is a good honest company with heart. I highly recommend them.
I had a challenging experience with my bathroom shower remodel, but these professionals truly came to the rescue. We started nearly a year ago and encountered one problem after another. Our last contractor was both unethical and incompetent. After searching for plumbers in Benbrook, I found this company. He visited the same day to provide an estimate and later returned to help with the tub and shower installation. They explained the proper installation procedures and, despite several setbacks, managed to complete the job exactly as we wanted. Throughout the process, he and his team remained professional, knowledgeable, and committed to quality.
Called early this morning & got Chas. Told him what I had going on, as far as I cut my water off outside but still have a leaking stop valve. He sent his apprentice, Isaiah over rather quickly. Isaiah was truly the most professional & friendly. He explained to me what he was doing & costs up front. I even had him reset a toilet while he was out here. He showed me where the previous person who installed it, didn’t secure several spots he should have. These guys are great! Great customer service, great work & a great value for your pocketbook. Call them, you won’t be sorry!
Have used Chaz and his team two separate times now. As a business owner myself, I have a heightened awareness for communication, service, established processes, etc. and they have provided an uncommon experience each time - doing what is expected and taking it another step (or more). Beyond all of that, there are things like leaving a small gift days after we first used them because he noticed my wife was pregnant… that shows a level of character in the person you’re dealing with that spills over into the tangible service they provide. Keep being uncommon, Chaz.
My husband and I were very happy with the service provided. The plumber was knowledgeable, friendly and quick. Our washers drainpipe was over flowing, the pipe had a leak, the sink was backing up and our water heater was turned up so high the water was scalding. Our house was built in 1975 and they fixed all the issues. He explained what the issues were and how to fix. Even came back out a few times very quickly when we had additional issues. Pricing was extremely fair and we can use our appliances again! Will definitely give them a call in the future.
My experience with the team at Fort Worth Rescue and Restore Plumbing was excellent. I had an emergency plumbing issue on a Saturday and they were able to fix my issue within a matter of hours after calling them. I was able to talk to a real plumber with one phone call without being put through a dispatcher or a scheduler. In addition, they were punctual, polite, and worked clean! I strongly advise you choose Fort Worth Rescue and Restore plumbing the next time you need plumbing help!
Chas and Isaiah have been out for a couple (unrelated) issues. Every time we have spoke with them they have been very knowledgeable and honest. I appreciate them walking through the process, as this is our first home and everything is a learning curve. These guys were extremely patient, honest wholesome workers and they are definitely our go-to plumbers for any future needs. We have an old home with lots of cast iron pipes, so I do anticipate seeing them again down the road.
Calling this company was the best thing I have done in a long time! Not only did they quickly diagnose the leak in my flip property, they also came out to my personal home to fix a clogged pipe. Another company tried to sell me a $7000 unnecessary tunnel job under my home to cut out the pipe and clear the blockage. Chas and his crew got it done within an hour with a drain snake. Call this company for all your plumbing needs! Great guys with super fair prices
