I had 3 quotes on this job. Formula Plumbing was competative. Gabe came to our home, explainded the install, ansered our questions. We accepted the offer and he immediately started the work. The install was absolutly fantastic, what a craftsman. If you need plumbing service, I would HIGHLY recommend Formula for any plumbing service. I will post the photos later, add photos didn't work

They were very detailed. Dan didn't leave till job was done. He cleaned up after himself. Hauled the old tank away and the old piping that needed to be replaced. He had to jackhammer the concrete to cut out the bad pipe. Laid new concrete down after fix. Very professional.

I kicked off discussion of installing a new water heater with Frank and the conversations went well where we found a path forward that made us both happy. Matt C. came out to finalize the bid and then begin work. He was a one man machine. He kept me informed all throughout the process and gave me some tips/pointers/etc along the way. I've dealt with some sketchy plumbers in the past and this experience today was a breath of fresh air. Its nice to meet a contractor that isnt there to gouge you and squeeze out the last bit of money you have. I would highly recommend the Frank/Matt combo to anyone. Dan was my service man today. He replaced my water heater. He was excellent! And clean! Asking how much I paid. We’re only renting. Landlord took care of it. Thanks again Dan !
